They had the lemon one in my local store today, I didn’t fancy it though. They had some of the honeycomb crisp slices so that was my treat of choice 😋

Haven't been on here in ages, but in lidl when I went today they're selling oral b electric toothbrushes. I have one (I got it as a gift but checked the price and it'd 75 in boots) for iirc 55. Definitely worth it if you're looking for one, I've had mine amyears and it's still just as good as when I got it in terms of battery life etc

Sorry, I know I am going to seem crazy posting this but I know some of you are Lacura experts. I bought this cream a couple of years ago - it was a very pale peach cream in a clear glass tub with a shiny gold lid. I think it may have had the word expert on it but it’s all rubbed away now.
I can’t see it online anywhere but if I knew what it was called it would help my search.
I’ve tried the rejuvenate(?) but it’s not quite the same.
If any of you have got any idea what it could have been called, that would be such a help - thanks :)
I'm here with the dupes again haha, i'm pretty sure that's lacuras dupe for cliniques moisture surge. I bought that once upon a time, it was good nice and hydrating. If it's that according to google the full name of it is " Lacura Moisture Boost Hydrating Gel Moisturiser". I haven't seen it in ages, had to buy cliniques version lol sounding like clinique is the drugstore version, and i find that i prefer aldis one, so if you see this in store again can you please let me know? edit just copped you said gold lid, the one i had, had a silver lid. rit sorry. editing again could it be the caviar moisturiser? i only just noticed the specks of blue on your packaging. 'Caviar Illumination Face Cream'?

Bought the orange sugar free jelly crystals in Aldi and it really lacks any kind of orange flavour. No idea if the other flavours are any stronger but I'm gonna stick with Hartleys
I know it says new on the packaging but are these new as in different ingredients to the jelly form ones like the traditional style cause those are decent for the price. I buy them when i can't get the branded stuff. I find it a bit weaker than chivers, but kids don't notice any difference 😅

I collect the lacura dupes and have a couple of shoeboxes full of them.

I was out with a friend the other week and she had a dry spot on her lip, not a cold sore, that had been bothering her for months. She’d tried lip balms and medicated stuff but it persisted for months. That patch on her lip was raggy and she said sometimes bled. I happened to have a tube of the lacura collagen lip oil in my bag. I gave it to her to try. She told me 2 or 3 days later her lip was completely better.

I like the lip oil that’s the Dior dupe too.

I also like the cleaning balms and liquid blushers and highlighters. The glow serum is a daily use product for me too.

I don’t get on so well with the brow stuff.

I posted a while ago that my local stores had started selling the moisture boost gel in with the rest of its standard moisturisers. I’ve noticed recently that it’s been cut to £3.99 from £4.99 so hoping it’s not being discontinued as I love the stuff!

Ooh, Clinique dupe does ring a bell now you say it. I don’t think I would have gone for anything as fancy as having Caviar written on the pot though!
It is moisturising but not overly as I have combination skin and it does sink in quite quickly.

This is what it looks like, if it's any use to you

I've just been to Aldi and saw the size of the £20 candles 😄 Those are perfectly normal sized jars next to it! If you're planning to get one, get a trolley, not a basket

I'm still mourning the Madagascan dark chocolate so today bought some JD Gross dark chocolate. It had a weird taste/mouthfeel so I looked at the ingredients and no wonder: emulsifiers.

Disgusting. I shall have to stick with the more expensive M&S 75pc I've been buying since Lidl stopped stocking my fave.
