Has anyone had any of the Aldi premixed cocktails either cans or any of the ones in bottles (Pina colada etc) and are they any good?

I like their sourdough! Bargain compared to the bakeries round me in London.

I've just been trawling through my Tattle bookmarks for things previously recommended, so I have a few more ideas now. I'll go check out if they're still available - soup, shortbread, stollen, panetonne, nuts, After 8 own brand and chocolate bars. Plus the Merry Berry Jam from M and S which was raved about.
Regarding the moaners etc I'll just say you're trying it for the price of a raffle ticket if you win so quit moaning!
Start as I mean to go on as I'll probably be doing it every year now.

That is nice jam from M & S but the Seedless Raspberry one is my favourite plus the Sicilian Lemon Curd.

I only ever buy potatoes in M and S as I think they are the best but what is the jump in Aldi?

I can't remember exactly, but I think the bags of baking potatoes have jumped from around £1.69 to £1.99 and white potatoes from around £1.45 to £1.69

*ALDI*Has anyone had the frozen meals in the bags, there was butter chicken curry, beef burrito, fajita ect they were always handy to hand in the freezer for a night we were working late but I can’t seem to them anymore… anyone else noticed if they are still around?

I discovered them last week and liked them! Great for when you are short of time but feels more like proper cooking than a microwave ready meal..

I'm cross with Lidl, they have a couple of Chinese themed sorbets in but not the turmeric ice cream AS PROMISED which is the one I wanted

saw that the aldi sol de janeiro spray dupes are coming back, did anyone here try them last time and if so what did you think? I haven't tried the actual sdj ones yet but really like the look of them, I'd probably try the aldi ones first if they're any good

Has anyone found the German beer crisps in Aldi? I want to get some for a Christmas hamper for my dad, but I've not found them in the 2 Aldis that I have tried - looked in the middle aisles and with the regular crisps.

No, although it’s recommending we go there as the closest alternative! That was my local until the new one opened.

I don't think the tofu is in with the frickles - there's 3 types of tofu in my 2 nearest Aldi - hot and spicy, southern fried and battered. It's only ever the hot and spicy that's left here. I love the battered one and the southern fried is pleasant enough too.

Has anyone seen the Lacura Retinol Toner in any of their local Aldi's? I've been round a few and can't see it. It's not a special buy, so I hope they haven't discontinued it.

I found the Lush dupes in my local store. Weirdly they weren't with the other shower gels but were with the candles and reed diffusers which was between the cleaning products and medicines. All the Aesop dupes were with them too. I bought the Honey I'm Home and it smells just like how I remember Honey I Washed the Kids. Really liked the Relax and Dizzy Rose but trying to be sensible and just bought the one.

Same in my local too. I was tempted by the Honey one, Rose was not pleasant to me.
They had hand soap & body spritz things which I assume are also dupes of ?????
I bought the shea hand cream which is lovely.

I am in NE England and stock seems to be an issue in a number of stores. I have been in for various things and they haven’t been available or have only one left and I wanted more.

I noticed that last time I was in. Time for some Italian style soup at the palace I think.

I’ve only ever made chicken tray bake type things in the air fryer. Need to try some more recipes now I can get it at my most used shop.
