Anyone notice the price of potatoes has jumped right up at aldi? Was surprised when I saw at the weekend.

Who on earth wants to slaver this stuff on their food. Not me thanks but I suppose Aldi wants to go to the Instas to get them noticed. I just want some nice food at decent prices not this crap.

What are everyone’s best buys at Aldi at the minute?! Going tomorrow…

I tried the garlic and herb flatbreads last week. The best I’ve ever had!! Did them in the air fryer for 4 mins sprinkled with water. As good as any restaurant style naan IMO

The Aldi Cocktail tins are one of the worst things I've ever tried, the mojito tasted like cheap, fizzy mouthwash and it ended up in the same place, down the bathroom sink plughole.
The frozen mojito was lovely, possibly a summer item though, they were selling them off at 70p in our aldi, worth a look for mojito fans.

Mine are in a plastic tray with a film top - can't go out to the freezer as it is raining but first job in the morning. :)
Most places are vacuum packed now, my local aldi only has changed with the last month. Tesco is still the tray

I’ve just cracked open a box of biscuit mug hangers. Caramelised biscuits with a sugar coating, they are amazing. Why oh why didn’t I try these before now

I would feel way too awkward doing that at the checkout. My local doesn’t have self service 😤 Jealous of you who have them 😂

I shop more at Lidl than Aldi however one thing I do like at Aldi is their wine. We like the Jam Shed wines and Aldi sell their own version called Jammy Red which is excellent.

Not so keen on the fresh meats at either Aldi or Lidl though.
I have never had a problem with Aldi meat, even got my son buying their steak and he used to buy at the butchers but thinks Aldi is good and quite a bit cheaper.

I took the recommendation for the kefir yoghurt - vanilla flavourand it was enjoyable. Realistically, how much of this stuff would you need to consume for it to be beneficial? I’ve mainlined a pot for lunch to get me going but just wondering how much of this would a normal person need to just keep things healthy?
I don't know how much you have to have but I have a couple of large dollops on my porridge every morning and have noticed my bloating and wind have reduced quite a bit since I started it a couple of months ago. Was having one from M&S before Aldi started stocking it bit I prefer the Vanilla bio one. (it has a yellow lid). Usually 4 portions.

That pineapple hot sauce sounds delicious! I like Heartbeat pineapple habanero hot sauce but it’s pretty expensive so will give this a go. If my local one even has it that is!

Im off to look for them today!
Dublin Parnell street have them 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨😍😍😍😍😍😍😍

My store had them a few weeks ago. I would recommend cooking for a bit longer than the packet instructions or on a higher temp. I found them a bit undercooked in the middle and not golden enough, so I tried again with the oven at 190 and they were much nicer
Thanks for the tip 💚💚💚
