Actually just looked at the Aldi ones online and they are 14.9%
I looked and both are 14% - these are a lot stronger than Aldi used to be. It says that these cocktails won't be around for long so will have a look tomorrow when I am in there.
Do you know what "flavours" there are.

Has anyone found the German beer crisps in Aldi? I want to get some for a Christmas hamper for my dad, but I've not found them in the 2 Aldis that I have tried - looked in the middle aisles and with the regular crisps.
I've seen them, trying to remember which aisle. I think it was somewhere in the middle special buys one. I didn't buy them tho

The new Aldi SS Mac and cheese ,( not the one with chrizio) is gorgeous.
Having it tonight with garlic bread and salad.

I bought the box of Turkish sweets a few weeks ago. Can’t remember if it was Aldi or Lidl. Big mistake!!
I scoffed them in a couple of days. No one else likes Turkish delight, so I had no choice😀
Ooh I've just bought these for dinner tonight, I was looking for the bigger one that serves 2 but couldn't see it so grabbed these instead. £2.99 seems quite reasonable if they're nice! Were they £2.99?

Has anyone tried these? Are they like fake Ferrero Rocher?
They are so good! I’ll be honest we are chocolate snobs but I’ve had five people try them and all asked me to get more. Prefer these ones to the blue ones personally. I’d say they are ‘lighter’ than a Ferrero Rocher personally 🤍

Thanks, I'll have another look in the week, although I've just looked on their website and they've been out a while, so probably all gone. :(

I bought a small battery operated sander from aldi... It doesn't come with the battery, which it does say on the box, Gah! But when I went back to aldi, they don't sell the battery pack. Wtf. Went into wickes, got a plug in one. Sighhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Mine came with a battery but not sure if it’s a lidl one as I’ve had it since then first lockdown. The battery doesn’t last long at all though.

They had Nescafe coffee in a posh tin on special buys which are good. The hazelnut & almond nougat & the Specially Selected chocolate & salted caramel cookies are a favourite if you are looking for some sweet options for your hamper.

I got the crispy chocolate balls today. Didn't realise they were in different flavours so I got the blonde chocolate one, which isn't normally my favourite chocolate, but I still really like them. 😋
Also saw Bailey's eclairs in the freezer section, but none of you have mentioned these up to press.🤔
Being a Bailey's virgin - after being warned off by addicts, I was a bit hesitant to pick them up. 🤭
ETA. Talking about Lidl.

I've been to 3 lidls and none had the Lush dupes, are they only in stores in certain areas?

Can I ask how long do you think that Eau de Toilette should last. I went into M & S today and had a liberal spray of their Black Pepper E de T and quite honestly after about an hour I couldn't smell it any more. I did it as a test but wasn't impressed but do Aldi dupes last any longer?
I’ve got that perfume from M&S & even layered with the body lotion it doesn’t last. I honestly don’t think any of the cheaper “dupes” do. They smell the same but they don’t last. I’ve got a Bacarat Rouge dupe (however you spell it !) and that’s the same.

I've had them as a bar snack and they're surprisingly moreish. Tried an Aldi that's on the way home and not even a glimpse of them in their freezers.

I wonder if the Aldi Rhode dupe peptide lip treatments are worth buying ? I fancy trying them but it is quite a drive to the Aldi nearest to me that actually stocks any beauty special buys, unfortunately my local Aldi rarely gets them in..

I’m getting cross at Aldi. The protein mousses with the creamy topping have been oos for ages. The normal mousses are horrid (the chocolate is doable but the white chocolate is foul). We have 2 either side of our city. One is like the Wild West. Basically out of date shite. The other is fab but I feel that we are at least a month behind the rest of the country.

Having said that, I’m keeping them afloat via purchases of lentil crisps.

Not going to look at mince pies yet. If I have a mince pie now, there is a serious chance I won’t eat any other food other than mince pies until Christmas (at which point I change allegiance to hot cross buns).
I prefer the protein puddings over the mousse but they're often not in stock. I've fallen out of love with Aldi for this reason, that and my store has moved to using self service when I'm going to do a big shop so have to take forever trying to get everything bagged up..
