I'm confused. She constantly is saying she was ON TIME. how can you turn away a family ON TIME. Then it became 60 seconds late? So what was it? Where you on time or 60 seconds late? Either way, she's an entitled idiot. Its not the company's fault you had 6 kids with you. It's not their fault you were behind a tractor. Does her husband give leeway to customers in his vape shop? " I can't pay the full £20 today, but I will give you £17 because its close and I have 6 kids to pay for".....don't think so.
