She seems to be one of those girls if u do better than me ur cut from my life. Jealous type. Doesn’t like her friends well the one she had succeed. What a sad life not having friends to confined in and just having this group of girls who she treats and trains like minions!!

But she was already a PT when they lived together, cause she already worked in that gym she's at- I'm nosy so I just wanna know what went on lol

I’m so shocked at the amount of books she has sold. Even if they couldn’t think of keeping their own records of exercise, there are so many apps they could use for free. They’re paying £20 for blank boxes!!

Oh wait sorry...and smudge proof paper 🙄😂

Literally hahaha! I got a good fitness book log on amazon, granted it was about £15 but it is so much better than hers, more detail, loads of pages and better info
