Also she is ordering one big block order of her diary and that's it then she isn't going to be an ongoing customer to this factory as she does not stock the planners all year round.

Im 99.9% sure the factory probably have full time, long term clients who bring them a continuous work flow all throughout the year so they are definitely more important than her one off order

Acts like the best business woman, yes maybe you are good in your profession but don't judge anyone else's if you do not do that job yourself.
