So just looked back on her insta and I’d say she is slightly bigger than this picture now - she had lost 6 stone here. Meaning she has possibly gained back 4+ stone

Yeah but theres SPEED food and FREE food. It’s utter pish and why I had slimming world. It may help people lose weight but it actively promotes terrible relationships with food as they rely on people coming back or staying once they’ve hit target as they know they will gain as they have this belief they can eat as much as they like and lose weight
