We went to meet our puppy and seeing the absolute delight on my toddlers face has made me so so happy.

I got a lie in as my son was sleeping at his grandparents - after weeks of 5/5.30am wake ups it was absolute bliss to wake up on my own terms.
Watched A Quiet Place 2 tonight and really enjoyed it, even if I did leap out my skin several times.
Had fun playing with my son and husband now he’s out of isolation, we had to dress up as superheroes and follow my son around as he narrated what was going on.

I started listening to Radio 2 and I’m sooo happy. The vibes are better than American radio. Apple is my normal go to online radio station when I want to be spoon fed music. In the spirit of reciprocity for radio lovers, WNYC can be listened to online and it’s fun to drop in and see what’s on.
I was feeling really down but my mood seems to have finally lifted

I lost 3.5lb this week. So 7.5lb over 2 weeks. I'm so happy. As a serial slimming worlder getting fatter each year I am buzzing after doing calorie counting this time around. I've eaten pizza, White bread, cake and nice curry! I feel like I can actually do this long term and not gain it all back as I am eating normal food!
