These didn't exactly made me smile but made me feel better after spending an anxiety ridden Saturday.
- I called a couple friends to have coffee yesterday evening, even though I kept telling myself they'd say no. They said yes and I was able to get out of the house and have a good walk.
- While chatting to them, I made an effort to put my honest feelings and thoughts out there, without sarcasm, irony or jokes, and I felt better for it.
- Had a cry about something that scares me at the moment. It didn't solve anything but my chest feels a bit lighter.
