This drives me mad… everytime I read it or hear it on American tv. It doesn’t make any sense!!! If you “could care less” that means you care. “Couldn’t care less” means you don’t care at all so there is no less care to have.
Most Americanisms I can deal with but that one just makes me go arrrrrgghhh.
That and could "of" or should "of" (it's have, have! lol) are big pet peeves of mine.

For what it's worth I do think boiling down to these arguments is meritless. Someone's skin colour, someone's gender, someone's sexual preferences are not the same as their values. Identity politics makes the mistake of generalising that all people of a certain persuasion think (or 'should' think) a certain way.
We all know in reality things are a lot more complicated than that. I know a guy who is gay who gets pelters for being a dyed in the wool conservative. But if you subtract his sexual preferences from the equation his values are absolutely aligned with that. It is tempting to point out 'what about this policy or this on the record statement' but if people's core values align with what's on offer they are more likely to ignore what they don't like: look at how many heads are in the sand over Labour from their biggest cheerleaders right now.
Values of course don't have to be accepted as correct, but I think we as electorates in the digital age are seriously glossing over them in favour of the more easily quantifiable factors of identity. On the news the other day there was reporting from a rally in the US and they talked about the Dems banking on the black vote, then cut to interviews and an old black guy was saying he wouldn't vote for Kamala because he didn't agree with a female president. Of course, his values are outdated and sexist but that is what he's voting on, not the colour of his skin.

To ensure as many people vote as possible, if the US is anything like the UK poorer/younger people are less likely to vote on the day. I think some areas of US make it harder to vote in low income areas. Long queues etc.
The conspiracy part of my brain is suggesting the right and their supporters may try things to prevent voting in Dem areas on the day. Already been some fires I think

The vote often refers to voting in each election, even the non presidential contest years. Low turnout tends to favor Republicans because they are more consistent voters in off years.

I think Kamala will win. Women make up 51 percent of America. What woman in their right mind wants the US government, let alone misogynist-in-chief Donald Trump, peering into their reproductive system? A vote for Trump means you hate women. I can't state it any clearer than that. I'am a man and I approve this message.
On the day of the election in 2016 The New York Times had Hillary Clinton on 85 percent winning. Polls are meaningless.
NYT had Hillary just a couple of percent higher in 2016 on the election day and polls have always underestimated the trump support.
I keep seeing Trumps rallies on tiktok and can't help but think surely most of those people are there just for the "show" of it all and not that many people actually support him.

I know women who will vote for him. I know gay men who will vote for him. I know people of color who will vote for him. And I live in a blue state. 
I know Beyonce fans that will vote for him.
I feel like Biden is trying to sabotage Harris.
First, Colin Rugg is not without bias; he is quite partisan in favor of MAGA. Additonally, what he wrote is an inaccurate portrayal of Biden's remarks. He called their opinions/words garbage, not them. Unsurprisingly Biden stuttered his way through it, but here's a copy of the transcript of what he actually said.
He later clarified that he was calling Trump's supporters views of Puerto Ricans garbage. If we're going to allow Trump to clarify his statements time and time again, we should allow the same for a man with a well documented stutter (something that gets harder to cover as you age, which is why it's once again become very prominent in the past few years).
