Ooh that's gonna burn! He'll be thinking about that all night. How long before he's tapping out some Macron insults on Truth Social?
He’ll blow his own brains out trying to work out a way to invade France and rename it Trumpistan.

So much for my optimistic remark on the ukraine thread about his 'truth' post... he was back on to the 'hundreds of billions' again in the press conference just now. You could beat him over the head with the ledger and it still wouldn't sink in

He talked about the restoration of Notre Dame, I'm surprised he didn't claim ownership on the basis of Americans making donations to it.

America scrambling for its life.
He's been purging the military top brass, the military lawyers who advise on what's right or wrong, the FBI has 2 fruitcakes in charge, Health Sec is Bobby Brainworms assisted by Dr Oz.
The military, he's trying to fill with Yes Men so that any orders will be carried out without question.
I read that March 2nd is when folk get their next welfare/social security payments, it'll be chaos if Musk's purges leads to a mess up of the payments.
I think there could be protests & trouble by Summertime.

I’m not much of a fan of Macron, but this was superb. The face on the orange twit when someone actually points out he’s talking balls.

Someone explaining something quite complex in their second language and still comes across as more intelligent than the tangerine tyrant.

I do hope Starmer doesn't just cave in to sycophancy and forelock tugging. Dignity in diplomacy is needed and not submission.

Or else allude to the rumours circling the beautiful Mme Macron?
Bearing in mind Trump is married to a former entertainer who is in America on an extremely dodgy visa and appears to hate his guts he’d be treading on thin ice bringing anyone’s wife into things.
And whatever you think of Mme Macron ( dodgy as duck imo ) she has duck all to do with the fact that Trump is an ignorant wanker and President Macron showed him up for the simpleton he is.

A sleazy simpleton who loves to dish the dirt yet is squeaky clean himself of course ..and devout.

As for Melania...She's probably paid a great deal to turn the other cheek.

I can't figure out what's going on any more.
Are we (Europe) at war with Russia, and does that mean we're also at war with America?
Where does Germany stand?

I think Trump wants to keep everyone guessing so that everyone pays court to him and makes him feel Special. He's the Big Deal Maker but relies on his minions to do the groundwork.

I think that what is happening is so unprecedented and incomparable to anything that has happened historically that the ramifications are still unknown.

Agreed. And no offence to anyone personally (I will always be on the side of the people), but *Carrie Bradshaw voice* I can't help but think that the current hegemony breaking down isn't necessarily a bad thing.
