So, long time lurker first time poster here. I just recently returned from the Island and actually did a tour with Hi5 Tours. And we had Kevin. Kevin was the driver for the BackTrackers the last time they were there and finally left the island.
Kevin was not a big fan of them. Spilled all the tea. Apparently they were annoying as all get out. Filming the whole trip, multiple cameras, etc. And they constantly said things like "We're huge on Youtube....you should sponsor us...."

I just skimmed through the video.
I will say this: I don’t have a problem with parents needing alone time. I don’t have a problem with grown adults meeting characters or doing anything Disney because even Walt himself said that Disney was for the young and the young at heart. I don’t think that if you’re a grown adult and you do Disney stuff it makes you creepy. However, that being said, I have never seen parents do more kid centric things and not involve their child at all. They actually do so little with their son it is appalling. I mean FFS, if you want to do a cruise by yourself then leave your kid with the grandparents and go have a couples cruise by all means but taking your child on a cruise that has so many activities and characters for children to meet and so much for them to engage with and then pawn him off on a nanny and make him stay in the room is just disgusting They really have no business being parents at all, they are way too selfish and I feel so sorry for that child and I feel sorry for the one that’s coming
Even if they don’t make him stay in the room and Stanny takes him to do some kid activities you’re sending your child to do activities with somebody else, you’re not even seeing your child interact and learn and grow and experience. WTAF
