I tell you what I'm annoyed she told me, she would tell me, when she went into labour, she said she was my family and this is the way she treats me!!

I’m a HV. You absolutely have to be trained - either an ex-nurse or midwife. What you are confusing HV with are community nursery nurses who often do a similar role to a HV. My mum was one of those before she retired. They can come from any background but typically early years childcare of some form. My mum was a nursery nurse in a nursery for 25 years & then switched careers. My mum ran baby weigh clinics, one & two year checks & support groups. She also did some safeguarding. As a HV, I do similar but I’m medically trained so I can offer more in-depth support. Ultimately the buck in safety & well-being stops with me.
I hate this idea that HV are useless. They may be to you who is getting along just fine & no real issues & plenty of support. I work 45+ hour weeks to ensure struggling mums, poorly babies, babies in unsafe environments etc are looked after & cared for. I work so bloody hard.
It’s been unbelievably tough during covid, it’s not been our fault.

Whenever she got pregnant, there’s definitely been a noticeable bump for ages and even if the press were going to beat her to it soon, I don’t know how she’s managed to keep it out of the press so long. Appearances on Loose Women, This Morning, Sunday Brunch etc….. how’s no one leaked it already?
It's her 5th child. Likelihood is nobody gave a fuck

This is incredibly dangerous, those accessories are dangerous for a child that young. And also what’s she telling her daughter about her priorities as a woman - that make up is essential? That we have to concentrate on looks?
Oh please not this woke nonsense on here. You can enjoy make up and pink and heven forbid even play with dolls and still grow up with a brain capable of independent thinking!

Those of you saying she planned the babies birth for her birthday, you clearly don’t understand how birth and labour work. How on Earth can she possibly have planned it?! unless she had a planned c section there’s no way. I agree She’s lying about the home birth not being planned but the actual birth day is a bit hard to organise in advance 😂

I'm doing up my house at the moment, and let me tell you, it's fucking expensive. Makes me absolutely seething that this literal millionaire is getting everything done for free whilst I'm working my arse off day in day out and still stressing every single day about when the next pay check is coming so that I can get what needs doing done.
What makes it worse is that Sharon in her council flat on the 12th floor, with her kitchen hanging off the walls and no carpet despite working 12hrs a day as a carer, will say that Stacey actually DESERVES it!! The world has gone fucking mad.

‘Everything looks better with a fejka’ takes the cake for me. Can’t recall a single person, ever, who’s more concerned about decor while in a hospital than their child. A cosy dressing gown, change of clothes and toothbrush for said child and charger maybe but a shopping isle dragged from her germ ridden home? What world are we living in 😂 the fact she took a towel too🤦🏼‍♀️ I highly doubt that if she can go weeks without any kind of wash normally, she’d be desperate for one after an overnight stay. Where I live visitors can’t even use toilet facilities on the ward, let alone parents using a shower! She’s really out of touch and I doubt the sheep will go without seeing for much longer. Cue phone in the draw for a few days while she comes up with a strategy to fix her soon to be tarnished ‘perfect’ persona🙄

Trying for so long, yet Rex has just turned two and she’s already pregnant enough to announce? Fuck off.

Try 10 years and no happy announcement still.

Feeling rough this morning. You know the saying...

New house....... New 👶. 💗💙💗💙💗

Everytime pregnancy gets mentioned in this thread I'm just like

A woman can be tired, or feeling rough, or a bit off colour without it always meaning she's carrying a child!
