As someone currently living in Boston, I can't understand how she's claiming her baby was $7500. She had the baby at the start of the year so she would've had to meet her deductible but I'd imagine if they were making what Caroline said that they were, they would've had a good insurance plan with a low deductible. My husband has a decent job, he makes less than what Caroline claimed Kyle made and we pay $600/month for a very good health insurance plan. We each have a $1000 deductible. I used the cost estimator to see how much a vaginal delivery would cost me
and it's $25 which is nowhere near $7500, it goes up slightly if I change to a different hospital that is out of my network ($25-->$150) and obviously, if I had to meet my deductible it would increase a bit more.

I had surgery just after Christmas, a pretty major procedure, and spent one night in the hospital after. All in, my insurance was billed about $50000. I had to pay less than $500. Sure, this would've been free if I still lived in Scotland but I also would've waited years for the surgery rather than being able to get it booked in a matter of weeks.

Maybe ask your sister you weirdo? Did Sophie get in a school where there are some black kids or refugees? The way she says she really didn’t want Sophie to get into this school lmaooo. It’s a public school. Get over it! If you are that lucky, send your kid to a private school.

Home bargains visit up! Now shes the oracle of cleaning. Apparently all English cleaners don’t provide cleaning products and it’s only £45 for her mums house to be cleaned and it’s a bigger house. So much more money in America! Please shut up Caroline you’re talking shit! Some cleaners provide their own cleaning stuff in England and some of them charge £20 plus an hour so you know nothing! Urgh.

I've said this before and another Tattler has as well, what is with the weird accents she keeps dropping in?! It's just bizarre behaviour! Coupled with looking like her and her kids have never had a wash...it's not a flex, it's shite and lazy parenting mixed in with very poor hygiene!

Surely she understands that different people have different experiences? She may have been able to quickly get an appointment for her young baby - I have friends who weren’t able to get a GP appointment for their 4 week old and ended up in A&E.

The quality of care (and access to it) isn’t the same up and down the country - just as I’m sure there is good and bad in the US too. You can’t say “there isn’t a problem with the NHS” based on ONE experience

What she actually means is “Surrey doesn’t have chicken parm”. In Caroline’s world, Surrey is the only county in which a person can live.

I still can’t believe that man agreed to live with her mum for a year .. like on what planet does that happen .. lovely as her mum may be .. it’s just .. too close for comfort .. like no privacy / intimacy with your MIL a few doors away .. no thank you .. and indefinitely sharing a room with the baby.. as grown adults .. in someone else’s house just get a fucking rental ? Notice how a few weeks ago she was going on about how she was so excited about a Tesco delivery and Tesco shop! Oh look all of a sudden she’s working with them! Receipts- she doth protest too much!

I have written a scathing email to her management company about how un-influencer she is as actually quite disgusting.

I don’t get why she’s got any followers at all given how she speaks to people. One of them even apologised to her after they suggested she shouldn’t leave the dog alone and Caroline aggressively replied. It will be interesting to see what she’s like when she becomes a school mum. She might find she meets her match.

Could she not have kept Charlie off nursery to greet his dad? I understand room in the car, but clearly Olivia was being looked after? So bizzare. It honestly looks like she was picking up a friend or stranger even. I don’t think it will take Kyle long to figure out that not all British women are like her!

Makes me laugh that she bangs on claiming to know so much about the UK and the reasons that it’s so different but she just doesn’t? Saying Amazon isn’t big in the UK, all shops are shut on Sundays? The UK isn’t medieval times and where she is from isn’t a rural town.
