What a hypocrite! She is FOREVER talking about inclusive sizing and has made body positivity her personality. And then does sn ad for lululemon where it’s “pot luck” re sizing but it has “accessories”! If she was any bit authentic she’d have turned that down and said that they aren’t an inclusive brand. But no she took the money!!

If only it was as easy to loose weight as when a person online says shur just loose weight. You have managed to miss the point in its entirety.
You are basically saying “ well tough “. You don’t deserve the same medical treatment as everyone else’s because you didn’t manage to stick to the diet.
I find it interesting now easily people reach for “just lose weight” - it’s an uncomplicated response to a highly complicated issue. If it were that simple, there would be no issue and no diet industry. All folk are asking for is the same respect as those who have thin privilege right? I think that’s ok.

I witnessed the most awful fat phobia at my previous place of work, from one very slim business owner (female), about the internal promotion of a fat woman to CEO. “She can’t and shouldn’t have the position, she’s fat. That can’t sit at the top and be the face of my business”.

She's starting a Patreon, because OF COURSE SHE IS.

What do you get for your money? 2 extra podcasts of her droning on by herself.

I swear, not even Jesus Christ at the Sermon on the Mount was as in love with the sound of his own voice as Louise.

The thing that wrecks my head is that you always feel that she thinks that being obese is something that just flies at you out of the air.

Whooooosh! Now you're a size 24! Out of a clear blue sky!

And because its completely an accident of birth, then the world is Fatphobic.

Incidentally, I don't believe the world is "Fat" phobic. Most of us are fat, by traditional standards. The average size is a 16.

I do believe that the world discrimates against severe/morbid/super obesity.

But Louise seems to be referring to severe obesity when she talks about being fat. And Fatphobia. She's not talking about a size 16 person, imo. She talks a lot about "straight sized people" who seem to be people who can buy up to an XL in a clothes shop, I guess?

When she talks about theme parks being fatphobic , she's obviously not referring to the size 16s of the world.

I guess it bugs me that she talks as if it's just the way she's made.

When I was tipping the scales at close to 200lbs, I got the shock of my life - but I knew well what had gotten me there. It was me. I was eating and drinking enough for 2 people. I didn't go around complaining about everyone else.

"If you want to hear about what's going on in the world of celebrity and entertainment but 'in a like, thoughtful way?'"

🙄
So Louise is allowed talk and gossip about anyone she likes... in fact bases her whole podcast on gossiping..
But.. no one is allowed express an opinion on Louise and are branded trolls 🤔🤔🤔🤔

“Abortion law reform needed now”- whatever about the law in Ireland, which is still fairly restrictive compared to the UK, are people including Louise arguing that we should be legalising abortion at 34 weeks? What is it that they want?

From what I have read, I’m not sure that a custodial sentence is the answer here, but most people would find late-stage abortion being legalised deeply disturbing. And I am extremely pro-choice! It just feels like another day of “let’s pretend everything is simple and get outraged”. Yawn.

There's having good angles and editing your face so that it looks like a completely different person! She does not look at all like that in real life
What I think is interesting/hilarious is that despite all her talk about Body Positivity and Fatphobia, when she’s in control of her appearance, what does she do? She makes herself appear thinner than she is.
Go figure.

“anti-fat medical bias”… imagine being a actual nurse or doctor medic and reading her b******t. Trying to get medical advice via IG for random who sent her a message. Who needs a GP or a consultant? Just seek out someone “like you” on the gram to validate your opinion.
It literally happens though. I have a high BMI, tested negative for Gestational diabetes on my pregnancy. Every single maternity appointment I had after asked was I SURE I didn’t have it?!! Like it’s BS. I gained 6 lbs total in pregnancy, the nurses said oh I thought you’d go wild on the burgers. It’s not right.

Her comment on the pod about Barry Keoghan not having “typical movie star looks” was so cruel and unnecessary. What does that even matter? Imagine someone spoke about a woman like that, say Trump for example? She’d be frothing

I truly believe Louise and her type would be absolutely devastated to learn people don’t dislike her because she’s fat (I couldn’t give a flying fart what someone weighs) she’s disliked because she’s an absolute attention seeking dose.

Did anyone see her insta tv this morning on not making fatphobic comments about your own body because it hurts her. She’s in a seriously bad space about her own weight. I’m not a skinny mini myself but if you have put on weight it can make you feel shit. So now people have to keep their feelings about their own body and how it’s making them feel to themselves to save hers. She’s really lost the plot. Getting the vaccine must have triggered a fresh wave of anger in her and it’s worse she’s getting about it as time goes by. Sometimes she can make good points with regard to fat phobia bmi plus size issues but she’s lost the plot if she’s thinking she telling people what to say to save her feelings is okay.
no I 💯 agree with her this morning. I’ve friends whose comments about their weight and other peoples weight seriously affect me. They make the nastiest comments about overweight people whilst I’m in their company, and I’m sitting here thinking what do they really think of me, are they disgusted with me? Girls who are a size 8 who tell me they look disgusting cos they have put on 5lbs while I’m a size 16 so must horrify them.

I listened to an episode of the of the podcast. In it, she went on a long rant about Ozempic and how terrible it is that people want to be slimmer for aesthetic purposes. Yet she shills makeup and beauty products for a living. And that’s also all about the aesthetic.
She can’t accept that some people like to look slim.
