I don't think she's hugely clever. A big part of all this is that she has no conscience or shame. She will happily waste time by reporting accusations that the police have to waste months investigating. It just takes someone who is so sociopathic and up their own arse to keep doing it and I do think the court systems don't recognise this abuse enough.

She could have been told to stop doing it by police or maybe Kieran's lawyer has sent her an injunction which will put another charge on her house if she breaks it? After Kieran was cleared for gun crime there have been no more allegations from her.
