Again with the crap analogies which make no sense. No, X Galz asking what’s happening with the pod is not the equivalent of going to buy a €5 pint in the bar and asking them what there spending on their kitchen. If we’re gonna go with the pub analogy, it’s more like you go to the pub every month and spend a fiver on the same drink. Then one month the pub is like we are changing the drink we give you and are removing one ingredient but will continue to charge you the same. Of course you’re gonna have questions for the bar man- wait, what, why is the drink changing, what drink am I getting instead? My pet hate is shite analogies 😂😂🤦🏼‍♀️

You are claiming to know lots of info but no proof, why should we just take your word for it?

Or maybe, like me your brows have post-traumatic stress disorder from the years of over plucking them into an oblivion that they refuse to grow back.

Brow artists have to constantly keep up with new products and treatments to be on top of their game and we, as consumers are on a never-ending cycle of finding the best brow product to satisfy our brow desires. Back in 2015 super thick and dark brows came back with a bang when Rihanna showed up on the cover of her newly released single "Bitch Better Have My Money". This caused a nationwide obsession with big statement brows. Starting off being overly drawn on and manicured then settling into the more chic and natural Glossier Boy Brow fluffy moment.
Those, like myself who lived through the over plucking obsession in school were left scrambling to figure out the best product to eradicate the fact that our brows were all but non existent. I invested a substantial amount of time, money and effort into trying to keep up with the bushy brow frenzy. Practicing my best wrist flick while holding one of the many thin nib eyebrow pencils that claimed to give the most natural looking fake hair strand. Many opted for micro-blading or got sucked into buying an overpriced serum seen on an Instagram ad. Keeping the product by your bedside at night yet still forgetting to make use of it.

I have been trying to follow and keep up with eyebrow trends but my brows just do not cooperate. Seeing as our eyebrows actual use is to stave off sweat in these warmer months, my perfectly natural drawn on brow strands turn to mush. So I've decided that I’m getting of the trendmill and am willing to accept that I have to accept what I have!

I first got a hold of my mothers tweezers age ten. I would spend my evenings as a young teen peering into one of those magnifying mirrors perched on my windowsill. I could see all my pores and every unwanted brow hair that unbeknown to me would be hugely in fashion in my later years. Plucking each one and letting them float away, never to be seen again. Searching for the Pamela Anderson high arch barely-there brow. Sometimes I'd go as far as to pluck the whole tail end and draw it back on higher with a badly sharpened Rimmel brow pencil. Using the same one to line my lips adding Vaseline to both keep my brows in place and smearing some on my lips to blend in the brown pencil. As of late I have begun to get seduced back into the thin brow phase of my youth. I’m getting older, getting Botox and facials. Watching Vogue get ready with me's to pick up whatever tips and tricks I can to try and maintain my youth. To this day I have the same magnifying mirror and the other morning I placed it on my windowsill and looked closely at myself. My last brow tint had worn off and my face was covered in Dripping Gold Wonder Water. If I rang up to book a tint I would be left with an orange hue around my brows for a couple of days. I truly dislike being tanless so I decided I'd forego the tint. Trying to figure out a rotisserie of having a bare face to prep for a tint post lockdown was just another thing on my to do list that I couldn't be arsed with. I picked up my pink Tweezerman tweezers and went to town. Trawling through Instagram beforehand looking up images from the early two thousands for some inspiration.

I've succumbed to the fact that I will never again have my pre plucked brows. So I have decided to revisit the thin brow moment that I unknowingly dedicated myself to in my teen years and it feels liberating! I will no longer try force my brows to be something that they are not. They are sparse and thin and look in a constant state of surprise post Botox but they function just fine as they are.

Brow trends will come and go but my spindly thin brows are here to stay.

Sad for her but if her statement against Jenny had been a success she’d probably have put Jenny in the same position she’s actually ended up putting herself in...
Seems like the whole thing has blown up in her face. That being said I wish her the best, she’s definitely doing the right thing taking a break

I noticed on the xgalz ep she realised today she says:
"There was conversations about statements to be made that then just dissolved into nothingness when em.....when eh.......you know the... contact was ceased"

I picked up on this cuz you know when you can tell that someone is going to say something but then they stop themselves? I feel like Lindsay obviously knows the reason why the "contact was ceased" or she was "stonewalled" and I'm guessing it's cuz they probably were discussing a joint statement that said they were taking a break to work things out or whatever, then Lindsay disagreed with stopping for any amount of time while they figured stuff out - went ahead and promoted the 1st Xgals ep with Pete on the itgalz insta, then Jenny locked her out of the instagram and didn't want to discuss it anymore because Lindsay is doing what she wants regardless of how Jenny feels.

It's bizarre how Linsday doesn't understand that her joint business partner disagreeing with her continuing the pod under their brand doesn't then mean Lindsay has the right to do as she pleases. That is not how business works! We are business partners, we can't agree on the the future of the business so I'm just going to go ahead and do what I want anyway?

All that shows is immaturity and impulsivity, and the fact she has the gaul to label the reaction to her doing this as
"don't tell a girl boss how to be a girl boss, how about that?"shows she has no intention of hearing or understanding any kind of logic about why what she's doing is wrong. In her head she has justified it to herself so that's all that matters, and she's actually being quite mean about it too -
"I'm not letting any relationship fuck my life up"

This isn't just about you two not being friends anymore Lindsay, whatever about not letting your beef with Jenny affect you on a personal level, you also have a business relationship with that person, and you simply can't make flippant decisions on behalf of a business that is 50% you and 50% someone else. That isn't YOLO SWAG I DO WHAT I WANT ✌

She's also saying 'Critique I can take but telling me what to do or calling me icky for maintaining something when you litch don't know the ins and outs'?" Anyone with any kind of business acumen (I had my own business, I'm sure plenty of people reading and posting here too have similar experience.. or hey anyone that did junior cert business studies) knows what you are doing is wrong Lindsay. A judge would likely tell you the same.

No one is saying you shouldn't do a podcast anymore, but just pause your Xgals subs and make your own Patreon in the meantime. Start building your own audience now. You mentioned wanting to create a community for cool ma's also, (that we suggested here) so hey, do that and your kneevo content ideas - on your own Patreon.

If you're worried about what happens to the back catalogue of Xgals episodes etc, those are issues that can be rationally discussed and a solution found, if you're responsible enough to just take the time to carefully consider these things and discuss them with Jenny.

Instead you've chosen to just take no for an answer and press on regardless, and I'm not suprised Jenny doesn't want to communicate with you anymore. I'd say it's a nightmare when you refuse to hear sense.

This is ridiculous, he is 12, a child not a fully grown man. I have a 12 year old and certainly, wouldn't move away from her so I could move in with a man that I had known for 6 years never mind 6 weeks. At 6 weeks in a child shouldn't even be aware that their mother is dating someone, they certainly shouldn't have to choose whether to move in with a stranger and stay with their mom or live with their grandparents. And for what? For it to predictably fall apart a few weeks later. Now R knows where his mother's priorities lie, that is something she can never undo. Children, and 12 year olds are still very much children, need stability and they need to know that their parents have their back. Rash decisions to move in with a virtual stranger is not having your childs back and it isn't providing a stable home life for your child. This is basic, basic parenting.

But also, How did we get here? When did this flip happen? Jenny as the sensual, edgy one and lyndsay in a fucking shawl?? My brain.

Have they both changed as they got older or are we seeing the truth behind both, and because L was louder and more confident we all just assumed she was the one with substance and personality when really it was the other way around.

Like I can't cope between the difference of one in a shawl and one fingering the wall of a red room 🤯

The more I think about it, the more it seems Lindsay is absolutely raging over Jenny living her best life in Ibiza, the new pod, and the praise she is getting here.

That statement is an attempt to drag J down. As usual, no proof given.... Just her word against Jennys. It's actually mental that she posted that tbh.

Her family should be advising her to stay offline for a while... Panic attacks, anxiety and going online looking for likes is a bad bad idea

Absolutely not.

She is not employed under the it galz business any longer, it is lyndseys responsibility alone to fix the shit show that she made.

Also considering jennys actions of being locked out of accounts, and when she finally got access, paused all payments as they sorted their shit out, I'm 100 percent certain if it was up to her it would have all been sorted by now.

Hate her or love her, there's no denying she knows how to run a business and respect her customers.
