This is dedicated to Nala, the super cool !
@Whimsical dang it, I hope you feel better soon. I just hate that so many tattlers are sick this COVID shit CAN GO THE FUCK AWAY SOON!@RocketQueen
UGH....I hate reading that! You have been thru so much...it sucks being sick on top of it all. This sickness sucks. I have a lot of FA antics to catch up on it appears.
Just a warning...this is a long post. This is the most I have typed, focused, or even cared to communicate this much in days. Lucky you!!
Today is Day #14 of dealing with whatever the hell has invaded my body. I don't know if it's Covid, but it really does not matter if I have Covid, nothing would change. My symptoms present as a really bad head cold and flu, that just won't let up.
I've had every freaking cold and flu symptom possible since 12/25 and as the time has gone on, more symptoms are added, or they go away, then come back. No matter what I do, I cannot shake this either. I feel like I take one step forward three steps back.
I have had two days since 12/25 where I was feeling somewhat human over the course of a few hours time. One day I overdid it filling the wildlife feeders (no need to remind me "I didn't say go 90 MPH, @derr1117!! )
The other day I made a pot of homemade chicken noodle soup with enough fresh garlic to kill vampires for decades. That was 3 days ago, I think, and I still cannot taste it. But hey, I'm safe from Vampires, so there is that.
I have my symptoms logged starting on 12/25 and I read them off to my Doctor's office on the phone two days ago, they told me NOT to come in.
I called my Doctor's office to cancel my 6-month visit for next week and she when asked why I then read them off my symptoms since 12/25 and she told me that based on those symptoms they would not allow me to come in for an appointment. Unless I was having trouble breathing, (then head to the ER) I was to stay at home and continue to isolate myself. No trouble breathing, just fucking miserable beyond miserable.
I'm living on water, Gatorade, ginger ale, occasional orange slices, and a daily dose of Emergen-C. Once in a while I nibble on a cracker, but I'm not hungry.
Our tree is still up.
Christmas gifts are still unopened.
My monthly dry erase calendar in the kitchen is still on December with the 25 the last day I crossed off.
My laundry room looks like Big P and family came to visit. (I think that is the most disturbing of all!!)
I am 14 days behind in my life and so frustrated...it's as if my life and everything stopped on 12/25, but the world kept going.
OK, enough of that whining! I try not to whine, but damn, I sounded like Big P whining there for a moment!
I just forced myself to eat a tasteless bowl of soup (Man Whimsical got his taste back and he said the soup is so good and the garlic is "killer") I'm going to go feed my birds/cats and hop back into bed.
I hope you and all the other Tattlers who are not feeling well, start to get some improvement. As much as I HATE doing nothing, there is something about being propped up in bed under electric blankets...for a few days, (not two freaking weeks though!)
Bitch, I have two autistic children - one of whom is "severe" as well as medically fragile who requires 24/7 care + health monitoring, 27 pills per day, IV infusions every 2-4 weeks, and multiple inpatient hospital stays per year - plus running a successful business using my college degree and highly specialized knowledge for the benefit of society as a whole. I also prepare at least 20 meals a week at home from scratch. And I've been homeschooling both of the kids for the last two years, with both of them either working at/above grade level or meeting IEP goals.Papa Dick is back inside and Mama Sow has been celebrating. Liquid Courage ā¦ENGAGED.
SHOTS FIRED!

The staff was friendly at check in. We were in site #4 and with two layers of leveling blocks we still tilted hard to the door side of the camper. Couldnāt raise it any higher or weād need a harness and climbing ropes to get in and out. Our view from the dinette was of an abandoned single wide trailer falling apart on the hillside. Behind us the salt of the earth was screaming at her barking dog at midnight until she had enough and did something to make it yelpā¦the dog didnāt stop. Another loose dog in the campground came after my dog while I was walking her. WiFi was reasonably fast but you have to stand on the front steps to connect to it from this site. Tried to do laundry but it was being used by a local woman who appeared to be doing a couple weeks worth at one time. With two washers and one dryer in operation it looks like we will be making the midnight barking dog excited again tonight after we have our turn at the laundry. A pool existsā¦but it is covered in July so Iām assuming it wonāt be in service for some time. Pets must be on a leash but there is no dog area anywhere on-site as well as no grass other than the dead growth on what appears to have once been an extension of this dilapidated āresortā. It functioned as a place to park, dump, and refill the water tanks with reasonable proximity to Yosemite. That is all.
It has been relegated to hanging out in front of the French doors to the pool. I bet Abbie hasn't used it since he forced her for the sponsored ad.Oh, by the way, anyone seen that puzzle walking thing again since the very 1st day?
They both look like shit. Here is an interesting timeline in photos over the past 3 years.
They have not aged well, especially ASSa.

What the fuck is wrong with you?And Iām sure people will watch more than ever because there seems to be something about group homes or a child not living with her family that is quite appealing
Which one of the Maas family are you?Hmmm well you can try and spin it to make believe that people here actually care about Abbie but for sure if she was in a group home that would make for even more interesting content for all
And Iām sure people will watch more than ever because there seems to be something about group homes or a child not living with her family that is quite appealing
Also the person who said that theyād make sure to get paid every time they are on featured on the blog I think that goes against the mentality here that they are making money from exploiting Abbie so by you wanting to get paid if you were summer youād be taking advantage of the exploitation too
Also donāt get why so many are saying they should have left her in Jax
Ok well that means that every disabled person does not deserve to go on a vacation or family trip even if they are the one funding the trip
