I know I’m in the minority in this one but these relationships aren’t always as simple as older richer abuser vs poorer younger victim. I sold sexual favours to an older man with secret kinks when I was 19/20. I’m not proud of it but I wasn’t a victim I just was sensible with the money and didn’t blow it on drugs 🤷‍♀️ I never found out who he was in “real-life” but I could probably have destroyed him if I wanted to.

If the young man was under 18 then he’s a victim as by law couldn’t consent to the photos but if not the jury’s still out in my book.

I am finding it all very tiresome and revolting.

Philip Schofield a few weeks ago. His abuse of power and desire for very young men whilst married. Then his apparent 'mental health issues' and everyone should lay off him in case 'he did something stupid'

Fast forward a few weeks. Huw Edwards revealed as having a desire for very young men. Secretively messaging and carrying on whilst married. Then when it is all revealed in the media he is suddenly rushed to hospital with 'mental health issues'.

Same old same old. They can fuck off. These men are happy to play the power card and lie to their wives, children, friends and colleagues as long as they are getting what they want and no one questions them. I don't want to hear about the state of their mental health the moment they are found to be dodgy, seedy and predatory. I will save my sympathy for those who actually require it.

What the fuck is wrong with these men?

My granny thinks mentioning HE name will have her sued and her house taken away... So I sent her the picture of HE arse. She thinks his lawyers will see her what's app and is now convinced she is going to court 😂 she doesn't know how to delete things so the family group chat is having a good laugh! Poor Granny Buffay, but she did say he had a good bottom 😂

If you are a lower/working class family from a council estate then the sun would probably be the go to paper - you’re more likely to be buying/reading the sun than the times or the guardian
Wow! That just screams middle-class snobbery. Proud working class person here and I wouldn’t use The Sun to wipe my arse!

Cis is literally just the opposite of trans. Just a way to describe people who are not trans.
There is literally NO NEED to have a word which is the "opposite of trans". "Woman" and "man" are perfectly good descriptors which have served humankind well for 000's of years.

If you want to add "trans" as a prefix to either, go ahead, but that doesn't mean that any other prefix is required to indicate the opposite. Just use "woman" or "man" and we'll know what you mean, because we aren't stupid.

(After all, you don't need to add extra prefixes to other words eg "happy", do you? The opposite is "unhappy" - you don't make another prefix up to add on to make the opposite of "unhappy", do you?)

I'm only halfway through the previous thread, but I'm detecting a rather unpleasant hint of homophobia on some pages. 🤧 I think some posters might benefit from learning a bit more about the gay dating scene, twinks etc.

It's a shame that something which could've been handled privately and sensitively has been blown out of all proportion (rather conveniently for Johnson, Osborne etc). Nothing that's come to light so far needed to be the subject of multiple front pages or rolling news coverage.

Paraphrasing what I said in my only other comment on this topic, whatever the family dynamics of the main protagonists, this Scum "story" has caused a world of hurt for everyone involved. And for what exactly....?

Hopefully this makes contestants in future series realise that ANYONE can be a traitor, even and especially your mates! Most frustrating and boring thing ever for those that question the most popular characters to be repeatedly told to stop, just because they’re well liked

This is all extremely sad. Terrible for someone's child who is addicted to crack and funding their addiction this way and sad for everyone if it does indeed turn out to be HE because I think everyone thought he was one of the good ones :(

What I don't understand is how, if you are in the public eye, you risk your entire career and reputation on this sort of stuff but they do, time and time and time again. Makes zero sense to me.

If I walked in on my child and there was a man in their underwear on a screen in front of them waiting for them to perform…my crack addicted child….I’d be contacting the police and rehab not the man themselves and their employer.
