I’m not sure there will be an announcement on the news. I think it’s more likely that a statement will be released first. I think naming him is definitely coming though. And it needs to, for the sake of every other presenter that is having their name dragged through the mud.

What a load of over scripted, over edited, over directed fake false tv!
The constant shrill screeches of "OMG" from adults, stupid so called clues, what shite. Talk about pad out the episode! They even incuded naff cgi with green and red fire ffs.
All wannabes, all fake, all scripted. The constant use of the phrase "life changing money" from the very start when there was a few bob in the pot was cringe making and piss taking and contestants scripted to say it.
Kieron so fckng righteous at the end - bollix, if true you would have chosen to be murdered rather than play traitor.
As for the repetative "deposit for my mums house" chirping from the boyband member - how ridiculous - whats 33k gonna get, fk all unless in the depressed north east.
Wanklemans false tears. She gets 120k an episode.
Should give the money to striking nurses and other frontline workers. In fact, fk off the wanbabes, and schlebs and let genuine frontline workers have a go.
And the glaring flaw in all this- nothing preventing a group of them sharing the winnings after even if voted out etc so fixing the game ahead. Pony.
You enjoyed it then?

Paul’s biggest challenge is his gigantic ego. He couldn’t help himself pulling Jaz aside for a private convo to try and manipulate him. So smug thinking he had got him back on side.

I'm 1000% rooting for Jaz now to win. I’m not sure whether it’s a mistake to pretend he now trusts Paul. They will surely murder him now unless he is very vocal about Paul/Harry.

Hope Mollie is okay to be fair, it can't be nice to watch it back and realise you were Harry's pawn and meal ticket for the entire game. Gutted she didn't take the risk and swipe it off of him with Jaz.

Jaz, you're the people's princess, forever in our hearts.

Wow what a ride it's been the past few days. I started off feeling annoyed at the arrogance and abuse of power when the story broke Friday, then it became comical guessing who it was and the plot twists there were in the following days. Now I have to admit I feel quite sad for Huw to hear he is in hospital 🙁 he's clearly a broken man. I didn't know he had MH issues previously, that can cause a person to act in strange ways (not an excuse if he's commited some wrong doings, but it does explain why he did what he did). I hope he gets the help he needs now, he's very lucky to have the support from his wife
Here's some facts depression usually does not take away capacity. Unless someone has features of psychosis/ mania/ some kind of organic brain disorder they know right from wrong.

As someone who has suffered with serious MH and continues to struggle daily - my life revolves around keeping things as they are, on a even keel, to avoid an episode. Avoid situations that could cause heightened emotion or anxiety or disturb the status quo.
It limits what I do but it's a small price to pay.

I struggle to understand why he would get himself into these situations, especially as he is in the public eye and has self awareness of his mental health issues.
he never thought he’d be caught out. He assumed he was too powerful, too indispensable to the BBC. He assumed his bosses would bury any stories about him, or how expensive lawyers would sort out any necessary injunctions. His actions are those of pure arrogance. That special brand of Rich White Male arrogance that comes from the safety of the knowledge that if there’s a slight doubt, they’ll be given the benefit of it.

That’s the sad reality of it.

If that happens, he should come out as normal, read the news as normal and then on the very last shot they should cut to that meme where the video stops in a frozen image and sunglasses and a cigar appear on the persons face with the song The Next Episode over the top.
‘Yep, that’s me, You’re probably wondering how I ended up in the middle of a social media storm with a picture of my alleged bare arse doing the rounds on Twitter’

I think one can have no issue at all with people having the right to a private life, or being gay, and still think it would be sensible for the BBC to have been more alert to one of their highest-paid presenters who is also married pursuing conversations with much, much younger people online. Rumours were on Popbitch about it five years ago; thinking that someone should have thought THIS SEEMS RECKLESS AND MIGHT BLOW UP DAMAGINGLY, TIME FOR A CHAT doesn't mean one is homophobic. He's not in an ordinary position and nor is the BBC, he's not just some bloke in an office and they're not just any business. Even if nothing criminal has occurred it's naive to suppose either that it could have stayed hidden or that it wouldn't create interest however it came out.
