Yeah that sounds too good to be true. A lot of this sounds like wishful thinking on her part. Her best bet is to probably pay for language school in Italy for a study visa again and she can still work up to 20 hours a week. But it seems like sheās gotten really greedy and barely wants to pay taxes/wants to find a tax haven.
