She's not coming across very well on MIC I don't think do you? I do think they're rubbing Tiff in her face but she's not handling it very gracefully

She comes across really miserable! Haven't seen her smile once. Although, Sam is not helping the situation banging on about 'the love of his life' and how all tiff's family are great and miss him infront of her........ esp when he treated Tiff like dirt when he had her..although she is boring and sour faced too! Laughable.
She comes across as so insecure on MIC, I can’t see her and Sam lasting. Obviously it might be awkward to have to meet you boyfriends ex but in the last episode at the bar she was having an actual tantrum because Sam brought it up

It seems to me pretty clear that Sam is in the relationship for the media/ keeping his profile up, and for a story line on the show, I think she wants it to work but it's just not gonna happen.

When she was with Adam and the newspapers were calling her out of shape she was all defensive saying they took awful pictures of her, she was perfectly fit, healthy and curvy. Now she’s losing weight and working out and is “so much happier and healthier and she never worked out before”. Also now an expert on protein pancakes. These Z listers will do anything to try and be noticed and stay relevant.

She has just posted on her story the designs for her dressing room, which is Sams spare room! They haven’t even been together a year and she is expecting a whole room for herself... That is intense when he is clearly said in MIC that he didn’t want to commit.

I listened to Frankie Bridges podcast with Sam as a guest and he said he has 2 housemates who are friends of his (it was recorded remotely during lockdown). How is she taking over one of the bedrooms when it’s not even just her and Sam who live there ?
Also she’s been called out on her “health and fitness” account for posting about how many calories she eats, people have told her this is really dangerous if she has young followers and people with ED’s watching.
She’s got on the defensive right away but I agree - I follow other “health” accounts where they share what they eat but the people always say they will never share how many calories they eat in a day because everyone needs different amount of calories to be healthy depending on their lifestyle etc and also they’re not nutritionists so they’re not qualified to be advising that.

I feel pretty bad for Zara, can't help it. She clearly has serious insecurity issues...wether that's from reality tv or something deeper in her past idk but she's clearly battling some demons.

I just saw her story posted 5 mins ago saying she “accidentally” ate 200g/1200 Cals of peanut butter as a snack. This is def damage control/not even true after she got called out for calorie counting and encouraging restricted diets does she think followers are that stupid

Just her general constant posing and baby voices on her and Sams stories. Drives me mad, so fake! I used to like her on LI but she's insufferable now. So needy with Sam it's cringe. I've had to unfollow her and Sam which is a shame as used to find his Insta funny.
