It comes from a username I had when I was part of a pregnancy forum. I had to have an early scan when I was pregnant. During the scan, looking confused my husband said “All I can see is a bubble” (gestational sac) from then on my daughter’s nickname whilst I was pregnant with her, was bubble. The Bella is because my names Bella (Isabella if I’m being formal) and the 1994 is my birth year.
