What's been your quarantine diet today?

Same breakfast as the rest of the week, smoothie made from coffee, milk, banana, peanut butter, Greek yogurt and some oats.

Lunch: Toast with some jam.

Snack: Apple with cheese.

Dinner: Leftover slow cooker steak tacos with a sour cream, lime and cilantro sauce.

Thanks. It is this recipe...it was amazing. I would add though, I think there is a typo as it says "1/2 a cup of beer" to be added...but then she says at the end "reserve 1/2 a cup for broiling and more if wanted" ... we had no liquid left so I think it is meant to be 1 and 1/2 cups added to the slow cooker.

Some fruit, a cheese string, a pepperoni, some beans and now wine as it’s officially my birthday!!

Skipped breakfast
Lunch was toast and scrambled egg
Dinner was a veggie Burger, potato salad and salad
Snacks included 4 packs of crisps and a skinny whip bar😂😂😂

Didn’t wake up til 1pm so did a fry up then.

had a snickers with a cuppa around 5pm.

8pm dinner - fishcake, sweet potato fries & salad.

1 Budweiser & 2 glasses of wine 🤪

Sounds ok to me ... less the sweet potatoes I just don’t like them ...

I did want a cronut but they only had iced donuts.....they'll do! :LOL:


Ive put on 5lbs and counting.
same.. i know when i go back to work there'll be a huge divide between those of us who have just given up ttoally and spent lockdoen esting snd drinking wine and those who have soent time doing workouts and learning new skills 😂

Yesterday was not a good day for me.
Like a sence from hungry hippos.
Just did the big shop and my mil dropped some cakes off 🐷🐷

Special K with strawberries and a banana
Skipped lunch
2 breaded cod fillets (would normally have 1 but they had today's date on them) with salad
Pineapple
Yogurt
Penguin biscuit
Drinks - hot chocolate, peach squash and orange juice
Now a gin and diet tonic
 
I didn’t have milk for breakfast so just had a banana
Couple of minstrels
Jacket potato with tuna mayo and cucumber
Hot and fiery chicken chunks are now in the oven to have with bbq sauce cos I still have loads of ww points left over
 
Scone and yogurt for breakfast with apple juice
Chopped apple
A packet of Pom Bear crisps
Vegetarian burger with crispy potatoes and vegetables
Hot chocolate and digestive biscuits
Might have an ice pop...
