I started the day with the best of intentions!!

Breakfast: Bagel with egg & Quorn veggie ham
Lunch: Halloumi salad with grains & veg

then it all went to tit and the sugar monster in me came out:

family sized bar of diary milk
freeze pop
enough sweet & salt popcorn to feed a cinema
bag of cherry sweets

not even sorry 😂😂

Greek yogurt with Nutella and raspberries.
Weightwatchers Thai chicken curry.
Homemade spag bol.
Scone with clotted cream and jam.
Banana.
Few Hotel Chocolat chocs.

Cup of tea
Spinach Smoothie with mango, peanut butter , honey and oat milk.
Sticks of celery , hummus, roasted edamame beans.

BBQ later with copious amounts of wine.

Greek yogurt and granola
2 coffees
1 ltr water
Sandwich and pringles
Cheese scone
Glass of Prosecco and some strawberry’s

And a tea party picky tea to celebrate VE Day later with my little boy.

Basically eating all the carbs today!
 
Granola, banana and yogurt this morning
Baked potato with beans and cheese now
Probably have some chocolate (bought a twix at the shop) and a couple gin and tonics tonight
 
cup of tea
2 slices of toast
crisps
bit of dark chocolate
tuna pasta bake
4 caramel snack a jacks
water
beef burger with peri peri chips
can of coke.
 
Poached eggs, avocado and smoked salmon on granary bread
Pancakes with yoghurt and fruit
Beef enchiladas with homemade salad
3 litres of water 2 glasses Pepsi max and 2 coffees
 
Toast and scrambled egg
Packet of crisps
Takeaway pizza
2 glasses of wine
 
Breakfast: wholemeal bagel with marmite and a cup of tea
Snack: apple
Lunch: leftover chicken fajita mix with a whole meal tortilla
Dinner: chilli con corne with tortilla
Evening snacks: skittles cooler ice lolly, bottle of wine, toast, G and T, packet of crisps. The day starts with such good intentions but that goes out of the window after 7.30pm 😂

I'm gutted thought being work not constantly got to fridge or treat draw I would lose weight jbe put on 4lbs since going back to work on 13hour hour shifts.
 
Apple, natural yoghurt, oats and a drizzle of honey

Bubble and squeak from leftovers.

Peruvian chicken, with roast veg and spicy rice

1 babybel
1 row of fruit and nut
3 liters of water
45 trillion coffees
1 diet coke

Feels like a lot when I write it down (not that it will stop me).

Day two of no weekday drinking in lockdown, having gained 6lbs due to wine and snacksidnets.
 
2 slices of toast
cup of tea
crisp sandwich
2 donuts
jacket potato with cheese and salad.
water throughout the day

Forgot lunch
Then my shopping got delivered and it got a bit messy - loads of chocolate and crisps
Steak with asparagus and cherry tomatoes
Cup of tea, apple juice and water to drink
 
Toast
Fibre one bar
Strawberries
Apple
Kinder mini chocolates
Packet of crisps
Spaghetti bolognese
Ice lolly
Cup of tea, water, peach squash
Now I'm done for the day 😷
