for tea it’s roasted veg with chicken. Missed lunch cos I nodded off lol
 
Much like every day it started so well..

Bagel thin for breakfast
Salad for lunch

Then 2 lindt balls half a tube of pringles and a mini roll 🤦‍♀️ and im making lasagne for dinner. Will come out of lockdown having put back on all the weight i lost last year and probs more..

Porridge and raspberries
Lentil soup and a cheese sandwich
Packet of crisps and a bear yo-yo
Making vegetarian tacos for dinner and will have with lettuce and tomatoes
Probably will eat about 100 snacks after dinner 🥴
 
1/2 tub of Alpro Soya unsweetened yogurt with a scoop of protein powder, a small punnet of blueberries and a sprinkle of golden linseed.

A handful of grapes.

Two homemade banana peanut butter protein/sugar free muffins

8 x gluten free Birds Eye fish fingers, 1/2 pack of Uncle Bens micro rice and a green salad.

1/2 pack of giant white dairy milk buttons and 4 chewy giant strawberries!

1 x can of Diet Coke and 2 litres of water

Started with peanut butter and banana on toast , two timeout bars , another banana. Now it's homemade spaghetti Bolognese.. I'm very hungry these days .
 
Cheerios.
Jacket potato cheese and beans.
Cheese, sweetcorn and pepper quesadilla.
Handful of sweets 😂
 
Been painting my living room so mostly eaten snacks. I also stopped drinking coffee and I think I'm just having snacks to replace it.
Yogurt drink
Apple
Fibre one bar
Watermelon
Fridge Raiders chicken
Ready salted crisps
Cod fillet with loads of veg
Peach squash
Might have a g&t or 2 tonight
 
Black coffee
Latte
Protein Shake and a banana
Salmon, potatoes and green beans
Cup of tea and and a Wispa
Will more than likely raid my cupboards for snacks later

Two weetabix
Two and a half slices of toast with butter
Three spoonfuls of Nutella (fake Nutella actually)
Lentil chilli with rice
About to have two bags of sweets (Bon bons and fizzy strawberries)

Not a bad day 👌🏻👌🏻 I’m awful at properly eating until tea time, despite making the kids seven thousand meals and snacks a day.
 
Two milky coffees for breakfast
salmon salad with walnuts and avocado in it and an orange and two squares of dark chocolate and coffee for lunch
salmon (don’t usually have it twice in a day) with new potatoes and roasted Med veg and a blob of full fat mayo for the spuds followed by a mixture of raspberries and strawberries and a row of Cadbury dairy milk with Daim and a glass of squash.

Makes approx 12:

2 ripe bananas
1 tablespoon of honey/maple syrup - you can leave this out or substitute it, I use zero calorie chocolate caramel syrup from Bulk Powders
1 tablespoon peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
2 scoops of protein powder (I use chocolate flavored)
Extras - I add 100g blueberries or raspberries

Whisk all ingredients together and pop in silicone muffin cases. Cook on 200c for 12-15 mins.

2 ryvita with 2 tbsp caremlised onion hummus
1 bagel thin with a dairylea triangle
Big mac & fries fakeaway (not a slimmers one but did do the fries in the actifry as couldn't be arsed with the chip pan tonight!)
 
Breakfast - overnight oats
Lunch - ham cheese mayo salad wrap
Dinner - gusto meal - sticky chicken and wedges
Snacks - 1 x walker max, 1 banana, 1 fibre one bar

four coffees, one tea, three litres water

cannot stop having hot drinks on lockdown! It’s like winter again I just want to be cosy

golden nugget cereal , a graze snack, pasta bake with garlic bread, scones, a cider, cheese and onion crisp and dr pepper. health goddess here
