Shaun of The Dead is celebrating it's 20th anniversary
We bought our home as a newly married couple over 40 years ago and since that time we have had the most wonderful neighbours. They were 20 years older than us and were truly just like family. They’ve now sadly passed away and their house has just been sold. We miss them so much but are very lucky to have a lovely young family as our new neighbours; we now feel ancient as the young couple are the same age as our daughter and their toddler is the same age as our youngest grandchild!
Where on earth have all those years gone? It seems like only yesterday the WE were that young family!!

When you start getting ailments that your grandparents had (just diagnosed with a hiatus hernia). And friends having hip replacements, and hysterectomies etc........ we aren't even that old (in my mind!) Late 40s sucks.

It’s a beauty. It’s furry and came from Costco. I’m under it now
