It’s the self service till camera at Asda that I find harrowingThe worst is when you catch sight of your reflection in a shop window, wonder who the old bat staring at you is and then realise it’s you.

Just up in the air or over something?Someone told me the sign of being youthful is ability to jump. My friend who is just couple of years older than me said she cannot jump on her own. I felt so sad because she doesn't look (visually) unhealthy.
Jumping up and down like Peppa Pig.. The ability to lose such joyous thing is quite saddeningJust up in the air or over something?

It’s the 16th since I was born!A simple discussion about the first memories we have of any World Cup.
A new starter in our office remembers 2018 as the first World Cup he properly followed, he's 19. I'm sat here remembering Zidane's headbutt in the 2006 final, and even parts of 2002 when I would have been 8, and it's the realisation that this is the 9th World Cup since I was born.
Advanced apologies to anyone else this triggers.
