Put away all the washing! After all this good weather I’ve finally caught up with myself!!
Packing the kids lunches, school bags and laying out their clothes. We've had to best week off but I'm looking forward to an hour in the gym and 5 hours peace 
Same!! I've taken tomorrow morning off work to walk around M&S and have a coffee and bun alone

Hahaha we have had the same week i think! Mine developed a habit of saying mummyyyyyyy. Id respond yes, and she'd stare at me blank looking for anything to say usually followed by do you like the colour blue 🫠 then a tit load of waffle about what things are blue. It'll be a large coffeeThis sounds like bliss

My kids have been good, very easy to entertain at home but I cannot wait to be able to watch tv shows with swear words

We got some jobs, tasks and chores done in the house and garden this weekend. Again, nothing major, got some pictures up on the walls which pleases me as a maximalist, made some adjustments to the outdoor dining table my husband whipped up last year to make it more secure then made a hole for the parasol to go through. Tied up my climbing plants around my pergola and put some solar lights in the ground around it. The garden was such a mess for so long so it was nice to sit out there today. Except for the neighbours spending actual hours jet washing a very small part of their garden 
. It started by about 1 and they were still going after 4, I was losing the will to live! It could be worse, they could be drum n bass enthusiasts or something!

Just in relation to the new bedding ref above, do we wash new bedding before use? Some sets instruct to do so on the packaging and I’ve never bothered. The first time using it is the only time it will ever be creaseless again. I do not iron!
I wash everything before use. You never know who has touched it and it always has a weird smell.
Always - I hate the starchy feeling of it and can’t cope with not knowing what may have touched it. Ditto clothes.

and I hope you are enjoying your well deserved coffee!Oh dear. I am generally rather obsessively clean. I shower twice a day. Everything is washed after one wear, even cardigans and jeans and stuff. I change into clean clothes when I come home as outside clothes are “contaminated”. I prefer to order clothes online as in-store clothes may have been tried on by god knows who. But I have never washed any brand new clothes or bedding before first use.

I don't wash bed covers when bought. I don't iron anything, if there are crinkles on clothes, I use a spray that helps get rid of them, or put it in the tumble dryer from couple mins, or hang them in the bathroom while showering to let the steam help. I do however wash new underwear before wearing, not bras or socks etc, just underwear.
I agree that outside clothes are contaminated so need to change into "loungies"(inside clothes) when I get home.

I drove to somewhere I never go shopping at just to go to New Look and it's not there anymore.
Yeh ditto, I don't iron either and that's why I don't wash it first
