What I eat in a day

B - vegan full English and a soya latte
L - was too full still for a meal, so just had a snack of a bit of granola after swimming
D - tofu katsu curry, rice and some salted edamames

B - nothing.
L - half a tin of heinz veg soup with a slice of toast.
D - I'll be having a chicken burger.

S - pack of crisps.

Half a glass of orange juice and 500ml of water so far.

Breakfast = pumpkin spiced latte and chocolate twist from Starbucks
Lunch = an apple and half a tub of M&S potato salad
Dinner = pasta bake with broccoli on the side

For breakfast I had half a pain au chocolat and a skimmed iced caramel latte
Nothing for lunch
Dinner was a vegetarian carbonara
I had a snickers in the evening with a cup of tea

I also drank 2 cans of diet coke

10am - cappuccino

2pm - cheese and red onion chutney sandwich on a pumpkin seed roll

8pm - spaghetti with cheese and chill rayu

Spent the whole day reorganising the kitchen, pantry, utility room and gym to take my mind off not being at work. Got friends coming to stay for the week tomorrow … not seen them in three years and I’m dreading it

7am - brew
8am - sausage on toast and a brew
10am - white chocolate tracker bar
12pm- pot noodle
2pm- apple and a brew
5pm- pork chop, mash, green beans and gravy and one of those microwave steam puddings
7pm - club biscuit and yorkie biscuit w brew
9pm - brew and fries chocolate creme

Been lacking with my food as my mental health isnt good at the minute but today I had:
11am Granola and yoghurt pot
2pm chicken wrap and some apple
3pm greggs sausage roll
Might have some pesto pasta for tea as it’s a comfort food

Breakfast = Blackberry & Apple smoothie (FOGA) and a Nature Valley salty peanut cereal bar.

Lunch = Prawn Mayo sandwich (crusts off!) from Tesco, and some Moroccan cous cous with tomatoes and mozzarella

Dinner = Gnocci with ratatouille and mozzarella, and a cider lolly.

Drinks = Tea, water

Snacks = Hot choc and 3 x rich tea biscuits before bed.

L - leftover katsu curry and edamame with some lettuce cups
D - lentil chilli and rice

might have a jelly later too if I feel fancy

Lunch = Heinz beanz burger with lettuce, sliced tomato and coleslaw
Dinner = cheese on toast
Snacks = grapes and a magnum

Breakfast: smoothie (1/4 cup oats, banana, blueberries, spinach, chia seeds, vanilla protein powder, yogurt, milk).

Lunch: fancied a peanut butter and jam sandwich

Dinner: beef, barley and kale stew.

Snacks: few squares of dark chocolate.

Tea: had a pub tea which was a chicken burger, chips and coleslaw
Snack: cheese & onion Pom bears, Aldi pretzel chocolate

had a caramel macchiato, a Pepsi, a Fanta and water too

Breakfast 2 fibre one bars
Lunch banana
Tea cheese sandwich

1litre water, 1 litre juice, 2 cups coffee

haven’t had much appetite the last few days, would normally have much more fruit and veg and something bigger for tea

Porridge for breakfast with a pear (not a bear!)
A handful of McCoy crisps, a turkey and stuffing sandwich for lunch
Half a small pizza for dinner
No water today but plenty of tea

I’ve had

9am Graham’s dairy passion fruit pouch yogurt and some grapes
12pm : skinny dream rocky road bar
1:30pm : subway Turkey salad with southwest sauce
3pm : another skinny dream rocky road bar
5pm : salt and vinegar Pom bears
7pm: chicken, potatoes and salad

about 10 cups of tea, one Diet Coke & 2 litres of water!
I’ll probably have another skinny bar watching MAFSuk!

8am - Porridge with semi skimmed milk and raspberries.
11am - A piece of toast with butter and Marmite.
1pm - Cheerios and a banana.
4pm - Apple and a chocolate biscuit.
7pm - Roast beef with veggies, roast potatoes and 2x Yorkshire puddings.

Drank about a litre of squash and a coffee also.

Breakfast: 2 slices of toast with butter & marmite
Didn’t have any dinner - I snacked on a packet of skips & some raspberry Jaffa cakes (vile)

Tea: I ordered an Indian takeaway (chicken madras, pilau rice & garlic naan).

Had 3 cups of coffee & 2 500ml bottles of squash.

I read this that your body rebelled against the overly healthy breakfast like “Nah mate I can’t keep up with that level of health- best redress the balance with a more nutritionally poor lunch .”Good work my friend- it‘s all about balance

Berocca, vitamins and an oat milk coffee at 7am
Brekkie: green smoothie
Lunch: bagel with lurpak and a cup of tea
Dinner: chicken and veg stir fry with coconut rice, honey, ginger and garlic
Snack: wine gums and a bottle of orange fanta zero and now a cup of tea and some Aldi caramel chocolate

Every bit of this sounds amazing
