What I eat in a day

11am - cappuccino

2pm - slice of toast and peanut butter

7pm - gadogado salad

9pm - espresso martini

11pm - taco and half a tofu curry ( post work munchies). Vegan chocolate truffle

One more day to go at work then it’s time to look for another job …

Morning today's meal plans are as follows
B - smoked salmon, spinach, Poached egg
L - bagel Thin with chicken mini fillets, red onion and lighter than light mayo
D - Slimwell chicken Saag with cauliflower rice
S - salt and Vinegar rice cakes with chives Primula
Drinks - plenty of coffee, tea and sugar free fluids.

Have a super Saturday

B - A bow of rice krispies with whole milk (I cannot stand skimmed milk lol)
L - Skipped lunch today
D - Going to order a small margarita pizza with 1 garlic dip and maybe a brownie depending on how hungry I feel
S - Milky bar
Drinks - 2 cups of black tea, 2 diet cokes

Brekkie: crunch nut cornflakes and semi skimmed milk. Some candy floss grapes This sugary habit stops Monday

Lunch: gammon egg peas and chips with a black currant and soda in the pub

ordering an Indian… butter chicken, onion bhajis, Pilau rice and Peshwari naan with poppadoms and chutney

had a decaf coffee and water too

D; Roasted veggies,potatoes with hummus and olives
T; getting a pizza delivered

Snacks; some skittles, a couple of quality street, and a handful of crisps

Drinks; 3 coffees, a litre of water and about to have a can of coke.

Working and on call all weekend so I don't care!

Snacks: Pão de quiejo, chestnut kitkat, banana, medjool date

Breakfast = Kiwi and greens smoothie (FOGA)
Lunch = Half a cheese and cucumber wrap, a pack of pre-cooked king prawns
Dinner = Bit of leftover Spag Bol, 2 chicken gyoza, a strawberry milkshake lolly
Drinks = Diet Bitter lemon, lots of tea, hot chocolate before bed
Snacks = 2 custard creams

Making up for lost time matey?

Morning; banana
Lunch: a Big Mac meal again but I tell myself it’s ok cos it was a medium rather than a large
Tea: some Italian cured meats (salami, ham and pastrami) on a baguette with spicy mayo
There’s a white Ferraro rocher bar in the cupboard I’ve got my eye on
water and a coke

Breakfast: same old 3 weetabix
Lunch: shake shake single burger with chips and a mango passion fruit lemonade
No dinner but just scoffed 2 mini dairy milk caramels w/ a cuppa!

I started this morning with an apple juice and a chai latte.

The big IKEA delivery arrived soon after and before I knew it, between building furniture and unpacking, it was 8pm and I hadn’t eaten.. very unlike me to not remember it was meal time

Had two pork pies with ketchup and some crisps

Only 500ml of water today too!

11pm - espresso martini and half a bottle of Prosecco

Last shift at work. I sobbed like a baby when my manager gave me a gift she’d made specially for me.

B - I don't eat breakfast.
L - Slice of toast.
D - Chicken broth.

Snack - Sunbite crisps.

2 glasses of orange juice and lots of water.

I'm not well so don't have much of an appetite.

Lunch - Protein Bar
Dinner - Nando’s

Between 2-3 litres of water and two cuppas
Appetite has properly gone over the last week or two. I tend to calorie count to make sure I’m hitting my calories one way or another as I’m doing to the gym 5-6 times a week at the minute.

B= Pastel de nata and a small bowl of cornflakes
L= Slither of pork pie, 2 slices of cheese (piccalilli on top bcos it’s the law) and a Chelsea bun
D= Greek salad (with some extra mozzarella) and a random plant based pea protein burger (no bun) thing that was leftover from my kids dinner and was surprisingly

Drinks= Water, tea, a de-caff cappuccino sachet thingy

Snacks= Nothing yet but there are giant chocolate buttons in the fridge calling to me

I am generally quite regimented during the week but weekends are my downfall. I do this charity food collection from Tesco on a Saturday night and it means I tend to eat all sorts of random (but yum) stuff on Sundays that I wouldn’t usually buy. Basically I collect all their yellow sticker stuff that hasn’t sold at 9.30pm then keep 10% and give the rest away. It’s great as it’s my good deed for the week done, but shite as our kitchen is full of tempting yummy food on Sundays. We have about 8 leftover pastel de nata in a Tupperware box right now and I just want to eat them ALL!! I also have about 6 packs of mozzarella that I can’t seem to give away and I know I’m gonna end up eating them as I hate waste!

Didn’t have any lunch today
Dinner: chicken roast and a glass of Shiraz got some homemade banana bread to have later. Think I’ll spread biscoff on it
Had tea and water throughout the day
