What I eat in a day #2 WIEIAD

B- cocoa pops
Lunch-(courtesy of work)- beetroot, hard boiled egg, 2 roast potatoes, coleslaw, kale and butternut squash salad. Small piece of strawberry cheesecake and a yogurt
Tea- tomato soup, 2 pieces of bread and butter. Waffle
Snacks- 2 finger dark KitKat, tube of Smarties and 2 pieces of toast with butter and jam
2 cups of tea, loads of water and a Pepsi max
Walked the long way to work (so 40 minutes instead of 15) and walked the short way home.

Lunch: Greek yoghurt with honey, with apple & raisins and a Cadbury brunch bar
Dinner: smoky bbq chicken fajitas
Snacks: got some M&S chocolate covered pretzels

2l of water
Not recorded any exercise but have done 12,969 steps.

B - 2 sausages, bap and fake bacon
L - chicken salad with some potato and pasta salad and some pork meatballs
S - hotdog and a croissant 🤣
D - steak, chips, rice, calamari, chicken drumstick,
Bread roll
D - cheese cake
Lots of cocktails and Gin

SO MANY CARBS 🤣 I started trying to tell my boyfriend that I was going to reign it in a bit tomorrow but he told me to stop chatting tit lol.
I am craving some vegetables though so maybe I’ll have a side salad plate!

B/ bit of vegan mushroom quiche
L/ tofu scramble on toast
D/ pasta and tempeh/mushroom bolognaise and some roasted asparagus on the side. Blackcurrant jelly and squirty cream.

Snack: pack of mini jammy dodgers

PR session at the gym, my bum is dead thanks to split squats 😩

S. Masala tea, samosa x3, Bombay mix
Zero exercise again 😟

Breakfast - Orange juice, Pret latte, breakfast bar
Dinner - Chicken satay and a diet coke
Tea - Went to Turtle Bay and had Jerk chicken, coleslaw, chips and halloumi and a cocktail
Exercise - Went over 10k steps today going for a walk after work
Snack - A beer at the pub while we decided where to eat out

Lunch: Sweet chilli tofu with rice and stir fried veg
Dinner: Went out with colleagues after work and had a vegetarian 'chicken' burger
Snacks: Handful of BBQ pringles, hazelnut wispa gold

Drinks: Iced oat milk latte, diet coke x 2 and a pomegranate cocktail thingy (it wasn't very nice)

Noticed someone posting cals on their meals.

I think the original post of this says no mentioning cals etc. Nothing triggering. This is a safe space to talk about normal eating habits.

Tw: still eating fairly low as on highest dose now of a stimulant which decreases appetite but I am improving as the side effects go

breakfast: choux bun

lunch: one crumpet with chorizo and cheese spread,a few salt and vinegar crisps

dinner: beef stroganoff with mash and tenderstem brocolli. Ate about 3/4 of a medium portion which is a improvement for me

snacks:blueberries, raspberries
Drinks: two gins, water, a mocha, a smoothie and a Diet Coke

5am - almond milk cappuccino

12pm - bread and butter

9pm - baked feta, roast potatoes, salad, retsina

The airline lost the luggage and I’m drowning my sorrows in Retsina 🤪

Yesterday

B- Maple syrup porridge and a cup of tea

L- Chicken soup and a slice of buttered bread

D- Gousto recipe. Soy glazed chicken, sushi rice and Japanese style slaw

No snacks because my stomach is a bit sore

B- 2 x coffee w/ sugar and hazelnut almond milk creamer
l - steamed broccoli w/ butter and shredded cheese.
d- baked boneless skinless mushroom chicken thighs . baked scalloped cabbage with bacon and cheese
tea w / milk
500 ml water

Past few days have been crazy but basically as of today:

B: goat cheese on whole wheat x2
L: mixed nuts and grapes
S: whole wheat on goat cheese x2
D: might be the same as breakfast or pizza.

B - sausage and bacon bap, spied some hash browns on someone’s plate that I didn’t see so was fuming id missed out 🤣 will look harder tomorrow

L - bit of a dead ass lunch tbh, random pork and random beef stew with pasta 🥴

D - going out for dinner to a pizza place, will be nice not to serve myself lol

B - missed it as had a lie in
L - jumbo sausage roll and coleslaw
D - mixed vegetable jalfrezi, pilau rice, chips, poppadoms and chutneys.
S - watermelon, mushroom and truffle crisps, candyfloss grapes, bite of my sons Starbucks beyond meat all day breakfast roll, matcha latte with coconut milk.

t/ lamb with rice (mum made it and it was blooooody good!)
s/ rhubarb pie and s’mores because bonfire night 😁

I got my period today so it’s my wild day of the month.. all I ever want to do on day one is eat so duck it 😂

Breakfast - Coffee and orange juice at home then a bacon butty from the cafe and a gingerbread Starbucks on my way into work.
Dinner - chicken satay, share bag of skips, kinder bueno, jam doughnut, a Fanta and a Coke haha
Tea - Just ordered chicken and sweetcorn soup and salt and pepper chicken and a Coke from the Chinese
Snacks - Having an orange juice while I wait

Supper - I’ve got my eye on some cheesy nuggets in the fridge if I’m still fitting more in after tea. Let’s see what happens 🙈

God I’ve been so busy today with work..
Brekkie: oat milk coffee and a banana
Lunch: beans on toast
Tea: chicken pesto pizza and some loaded pulled pork bbq wedges
Drinks: water, tea and I’m having a couple of red wines 😋
Haven’t done any proper exercise today apart from 10 mins of yoga when I got up and 5.5k steps

L/ tlc subway 6” with guac and sweet chilli sauce
D/ disappointing pizza

Was too busy to snack so just water throughout the day.

8pm - pasta with pea pesto, caramel and pecan ice cream

Exercise - walk on the beach

It’s very muggy and loads of mosquitoes 🦟😳
