todays menu plan:
b/ yogurt fruit and granola
l/ fish finger butty at a pub
t/ leftovers or toast lol
s/ yog and fruit

exercise (ps i love that we’re adding this in now): long walk this morning… to the pub for lunch and i’m riding my horse this afternoon 😁

Yesterday

B: maple syrup porridge

L: jalapeño guacamole and red onion on toast (had no fancy bread so hovis best of both 😂)

D: chicken and mushroom linguine

Snacks: tunnocks tea cake and a Mr kipling forsted fancy

Should really have had some fruit in there somewhere.

Breakfast: Toast with butter and violife mature cheddar cheese. A cup of coffee and a hot chocolate.
Lunch: Noodle ramen with all the vegetables
Snack: Tea and chocolate sponge cake. A slice of pineapple
Dinner: Linda McCartney's sausages in a bun with beans and chips

B - Apple, raisin and cinnamon porridge
D - The final portion of beef stew
T - 2x Quorn chicken wraps
S - A handful of white choc buttons

D - Tea, coffee, peppermint tea and juice
E - 5 miles of walking

B - toasted fruit loaf with flora light
L - scrambled egg and beans on a toasted bagel
D - tandoori chicken and lettuce in a naan wrap with sweet potato fries

Lots of decaf tea and 4 pints of sugar free squash

Brekkie: 2 oat milk coffees with half a banana (my child robbed the rest 😂 ) and jam on toast
Lunch: a pecan bun from Cinnabon 🐖 and a cup of tea
Tea: a hello fresh chicken and sweet potato stew.. it was more like a curry though. It was fit anyway, it has garlic, chili, ginger and coconut milk in. Had some crusty bread with it
Snacks: I’m about to have a cup of tea and some of the peanut chocolate from aldi
Drinks: just coffee, tea and water
Exercise/activity: walked 4.4 miles, 40 mins HIIT and 10 min abs/core work

Breakfast- Vegan bacon barm, brown sauce
Snacks - Chocolate milkshake, the collective Raspberry yogurt - large pot over the course of the day (addictive)
Tea - Richmond meat free sausages, crushed baby new potato, spring greens, Broccoli, gravy.
Supper for night shift - Punnet of grapes and easy peeler oranges

Breakfast - Orange juice, Pret coffee, mango yoghurt
Dinner - Chicken satay and a diet coke
Tea - Leftover chilli con carne with rice and a full fat coke

B/ porridge with peaches in and a cuppa tea
L/ last little bit of my lentil soup and a vegan cheese and pickle sandwich
D/ stir fry with lentil noodles, quorn pieces and loads of veg. Strawberry jelly and squirty cream.

Edit: exercise was a 30 minute swim

Breakie: toast with butter
Lunch: chicken tender wrap with lettuce, peppers & chilli jam. It was yellow ticket in the spar and it was fit
Dinner: vegi supreme pizza, like 4 mozzarella dippers and half a garlic bread.
Snack: 3 lines of some aldi pretzel choc

mocha, can of coke, can of Pepsi max, cup of coffee and 2l of water

not recorded any exercise today, been on a couple of works and done 11,701 steps

B - sausage bap at the airport
L - nothing really but had half a ham and cheese toastie at the hotel for a snack lol
D - Chinese night! Had sweet and sour pork, duck leg, spring roll, chips and mixed rice
D - ice cream 🍦
E - over 14000 steps so far! Lord knows I’ll need to do as many steps as possible

Many many alcoholic drinks

B- 2 slices of toast, butter and jam
Snack- 2 pieces of orange smartie chocolate
Lunch(courtesy of work)- half a jacket spud, green beans, brocolli, grated cheese, hard boiled egg, beetroot, butternut squash and kale salad. Very small piece of pineapple and coconut cake.
Tea- potato smileys, BBQ baked beans and veggie fingers. Chocolate waffle.
Snack- rest of the Smarties chocolate and another waffle, oh and 3 biscuits. I'm really tired so craving sugar.
Have drank 2 cups of tea, a Banana milkshake and lots of water
Vitamins- D, zinc, magnesium, B complex and fish oil capsule.
No exercise except walking to work(15 mins each way) and on my feet all day in a manual job.
Going to try and have less snacks tomorrow, my period is coming up so that and being tired is probably to blame or just that some days I'm a snack monster 😂

Breakfast: Rice krispies with whole milk
Lunch was a mess.. it was all snacking mindlessly through a massive meeting (3 bleeping hours); handful of BBQ pringles, 2 fun size bounty bars, lindt lindor ball (I had my mic and camera turned off lol)
Dinner: Spaghetti with a lemon sauce followed by a little moon ice cream thingy.. I can't find any flavours other than coconut in Ireland though :(

2 cups of black earl grey tea, 3 diet cokes

11 am - almond milk cappuccino

2pm - peanut butter on sourdough toast, soya milk

6 pm - hummus and tortilla chips

8pm - mini pizza, hummus, crisps. White chocolate and pecan ice cream bar

No exercise because I have a cold and feel like tit

Yesterday:
Breakfast: smoothie with oats, mixed berries, banana, mango, oat milk and seeds (hemp, chia and flax) and a coffee
Snack: stroopwafel
Lunch: went out for lunch and had a club sandwich with vegetable crisps and a pumpkin spice latte at my local café
Snack: a cookie and some crisps
Dinner: salmon, garlic rice, spinach and an avocado and tomato salsa

Drank about 1L of water

Exercise: Wednesday is my day off work and I usually clean the house, buy groceries etc. I live in a city centre so I also often pop into some shops and browse haha. Did a total of 7.5km walking throughout the day

Finally done my last night shift. Foods I've eaten over the past 24hrs in no particular order due to night shift

Sausage, Mash, veg, gravy.
Crumpets and cheese
Minestrone soup (home made - done some for meal prep too)
3 kiwi fruits
Vegan milky-way milky stars bar with popping candy
Vego white chocolate bar with almonds
Nomo chocolate bar with Raspberry

Note the sweet items needed to keep me going after 77 hours in shift this week 🥴😬😂. Now got a week off so food should become more consistent ☺

t - salmon and egg fried rice (courtesy of the boyfriend)
s - aplen bar, apple + some yogurt and fruit later

exercise: rode the donkey this morning, upper body + hiit workout and i actually managed to get my steps in today 🥰

Evening all! 💋

Brekkie: peanut butter and cinnamon on toast
Lunch: quorn pieces, noodles, soy sauce, spinach, mushroom and tenderstem broccoli
Tea: hello fresh Thai beef pilau rice
Snacks: I’ve had a banana and I’ll have some tea and biscuits in a bit
Exercise: 30 mins yoga, 12.7k steps (had a quiet day in work so went for a walk at lunchtime) and a 20 min hiit workout
Drinks: water, tea and coffee

oh I’ve just remembered as well I ate a leftover waffle off my kids plate 🤣 the Aldi hash brown waffles.. if you haven’t tried them, do so ASAP 🤤
