snack: vegan butter with toast x2, slice of toast with feta, banana, 1 greek yogurt with chocolate bits.
*yes I feel like a slob. have nothing substantial in my fridge so just munching all day

D/ pasta with loads of veg, Quorn pieces and a spicy sauce. Jelly and squirt cream.

I’m making a conscious effort to be more mindful of what I eat from tomorrow, very aware my menu has been full of shite but will avoid any calorie talk of course
