My husband and eldest are always telling the youngest to stop it or go away or don't do that . Now he goes to the park after school he tries to play with the older kids from school and they tell him those things , he still tries to play because he just things that's the noise people make .

I am the opposite, I hate places that don’t take cash.
Yes, normally I would agree,but when I am in a location that doesn't have free ATMs for miles or only inside shops that charge you,I change my opinion lol. My point is too,they surely must lose so much money as people just don't bother
See im the opposite , I see it as tax dodging . My local Chinese tried this numerous times, all over the doors and windows signs saying ' cash only " as they blamed it on ' fees ' the main dish alone is £8+ that's without rice and other sides . So the profit must be good.
They do take card as i argued that on the menu it says all cards taken
The other Chinese round the corner absolutely doesn't and I won't go there.

I am talking about supermarkets, petrol etc mainly, but I was gutted when Japanese canteen stopped taking cash. And expecting people to use a card for a newspaper during covid was crazy.

No I don't. The nearest one is where I said before,there's others inside shops,but about the same distance to walk. I have begrudgingly used today,as it's absolutely boiling and wanted a ice cream,so had no choice,but paying to withdraw your own money is so wrong. That's my point,as a business they surely know they should offer both options if they want the trade.
At work i like when people pay cash because i work on the cigarette and lottery so i always need change for wins

Have you tried taking cash out of your bank account past the daily cash point limit?
I do everything on cards but my dad is 85 and still uses the bank and cash as well as his card.
He reckons they want to know the ins and outs of a fly's butthole every time you want to withdraw money.
Said a lady in front of him wanted to take some money out. They asked why, what it was for. She explained she spends 3 months of the year abroad so she takes the cash out here before she goes. That wasn't good enough there were another 20 questions including what are you going to spend it on!
