I had to sort the grand kids out this morning, so was up at 5.30am and I'm utterly exhausted already. I appreciate that my daughter and son in law work hard but I'm far too bloody old for arguing kids who wouldn't get dressed

According to the highway code as a pedestrian I have right of way. So why yet again when I'm half way across the road, is some eejit in a car refusing to stop for me? This is only the fourth time this year it's happened. I've at least twice been lucky that I wasn't run over because they're going too fast
They've stopped playing Absolute 80s on my DAB radio so am currently tuned into Greatest Hits. It's fine as an alternative, and they do play some forgotten about songs, but it's just not the same. Plus whoever is their breakfast DJ is a wick. Mornings are bad enough and then him. Ugh.

For the last week, the font has been greatly enlarged for my search results, driven me crazy! I did send feedback, today it's reverted to normal size.

To be fair, mine is a DAB/FM radio and many of the stations are now DAB+, so they're starting to switch off the older signals. It's a pain in the a and there are very few left hence I'm on the Greatest Hits. But because it's for the kitchen and background only, I cannot be arsed to upgrade.
How annoying. Technological advancement and landfill seem to go hand in hand these days
Work is putting me in such a bad mood today. I’m sick of constantly being henpecked and having to deal with stupid queries and challenges. I need a long break 
Honestly, my friends are some of the thickest people I know.
They always seem to want to call me in the middle of the working day as though I can just stop what I'm doing and have a chat because it suits them. They're both stay-at-home mums, so I think they've completely forgotten how normal office hours work.
Does nobody stop and think, "Hang on, it's 2pm. She works 9-5. There's a fair chance she's not available for a leisurely catch-up while sitting in the office"?
Apparently not.
