Salmon (75% off at Aldi). Im marinating it in soy sauce, lemon and honey with spring onions.
We'll have it with rice and baby sweetcorn.

taco tuesday but everyone had it diff ways. son had quasadilla . husband had taco meat and toppings on fries. daughter used the meat/ rice/ lettuce / mini tortillas and diy some soft tacos. i had taco salad
