Baked ratatouille fusilloni with goats cheese 
I think I’m having ice lollies.

I had minty lamb chops , wedges and coleslaw
I had chicken fajitas and a shandy 
I ended up having Holy Moly Guacamole on toast and three ice lollies.
I had birds eye 
fish fingers with salad, dill, gherkin, Mayo and ketchup 
on sandwich thins with micro chips 
sandwich thins are amazing and only 100 cals so I use them for burgers instead of buns. And micro chips, had a mad craving for those whilst in Tesco the other day. When they go on offer I’m stocking up!

Pork steaks, mustard mash, broccoli and carrots
Left over chilli, garlic and ginger chicken wings , a few minutes in the air fryer and the taste is more intense as they’ve been in the fridge overnight . Served with salad
Baked potatoes with Quirn chilli and cheese.
Curry, using a never tried before sauce.
