Can't cook in this heat so bought a couple of sushi selection boxes with nigiri, nori wraps and shrimp and leek gyoza, ....and some Fab lollies for afters.
Slow cooker roast pork, potatoes, carrots and broccoli.
I just made a potato salad with vinaigrette dressing and red onion. Might just have with a cheese sandwich.

I just had a boiled egg, boiled potatoes which I used for a homemade potato salad, lettuce, pepper, cucumber, tomato, beetroot and grated carrot
Baked potato, chilli con carne & cheese! Hit the spot
