Just say no to a Chinese T/a. Nothing wrong with a Pesto Pasta and parma cheese topping compared to a King Prawn Chop Suey Curry with rice
Lean low fat meatballs in a made up spicy tomato creamy sauce, just chucked in random ingredients and it turned out not too bad haha
Veggie haggis, mash and veg
Cheese topped cottage pie
I really don't have much in the house at the moment, at least not until tomorrow's Morrison's delivery, due to self isolating.
So it might be beans on bleedin' toast again

for me tonight it's beef steak, mashed potato and veggies
So I can blame you if I put another kilogram or two on next time I weigh myself
