I’m going swimming at 6:45 so won’t be home until after 8 but can’t eat before hand as it’ll be too early and then I’ll get a stitch probably end up at maccies drive thru on the way home
For lunch I made soup for the first time. Cannot believe how easy it was?! I feel so thick it too make this long to make homemade soup! It was a recipe on my nutrition plan it's fab!!
For dinner, I'm making Chicken and Chorizo Jambalaya.
We are having the one pan sausagemeat hash from the new Jamie Oliver book. I have made the hash and it smells gorgeous- will warm through and do fried eggs to go on top when we’re ready to eat. Definitely worth a try and v easy.

Chill con carne is on the list today. Froze them in portion sizes during the week! So popped one in fridge to defrost last night. It's a VERY healthy recipe compared to my usual.
Soft boiled eggs on marmite toast with lots of smoked sea salt and Tabasco sauce
