I read it, it’s actually a very unfair article and honestly sounds like Hannah’s PR would’ve asked for this . Basically the whole article is based off the video from the very first show where they all did the bows incorrectly and saying how Hannah is the shining star because Amber looked for her for help. The whole article is making out like Amber is useless and Hannah is trained and better.

Amber has pulled out of LB due to 'illness'

It's funny how these performers suddenly fall ill and can't go on when there is drama not on the stage. It's giving Vinny Coyle coming down with Norovirus right at the time he was having possibly marital strife but not a single other person in the cast catching this most contagious virus.

To be fair to Amber tho it does look like the Fail is bullying her at this point, they've had a couple of articles.

I've just read an article in the DM about this. They're absolutely gunning for Amber, it was a horribly written piece stuffed with sneery implications of undefined failings on her part.

Maybe AD is an awful person, maybe she's a lovely person, maybe she's an ordinary person who is sometimes great and sometimes not great ~ I have no clue, I don't know her. But I was very uncomfortable with the way she was vilified when she was on Strictly (where she committed the longstanding Strictly sin of being young, female, good at dancing but not sufficiently self-deprecating or apologetic), and this makes me just as uncomfortable. I'm not at all surprised she's had to take some time out.

Crazy how the press have been so horrible to her. And yet there are loads of men in the entertainment industry who are bullies or abusers and their behaviour gets enabled!

She is fully trained, but, she isnt particularly good. Not lead role good anyway.

She absolutely wouldnt be getting these roles without love island and social media, and thats the problem. Shes still stunt cast influencer to some degree.

Got a ticket to see Leslie Odom Jr.
Took about 43 minutes, with 27000 in front of me. I’ve seen people who are still waiting and who have had 114000 in front of them.

Sam Bailey going through the motions as Mama Morton is engraved on my brain. Never seen such a turgid, sexless Morton. The notes were hit but I might as well have been watching an automaton.

Sad thing is Legally Blonde had sold very very well without before Amber was even announced. They could have cast an unknown who can really do the role justice.

I was also shocked (in a good way) how well Come From Away sold in some massive number 1 venues. Not a celeb casting in sight.

I remember seeing her in SpongeBob and people outside were excited and going just to see her and she didn’t even have a big role, like was on stage minimally yet got the biggest cheers - I felt sad for the rest of the cast. It disappoints me that this is a thing. I feel sorry for Amber tbh!

I’ve seen Legally Blonde a few times even when Sheridan did it the actors never felt bigger than the show and that’s not the case now, TikTok is making it a little mean and bully-ish.
