Not really, as theyve usually trained, paid their dues, worked their way up in small parts/ensmeble etc and usually got known for other roles such as TV acting. So its all linked to honing their craft.
Amber trained, but struggled to get cast in anything. Did Love Island and suddenly shes in lead roles.
Based on that Hannah is much better than expected, and I can see why people say she is better than Amber. Shes more natural

I have some mutuals with Amber and she was very candid at the time that she was doing Love Island to access a level of ‘known’ that would help her career. Her sister is arguably better (has been an understudy Elphaba) but without the name recognition and social media following she’s not really broken out of swing/ensemble/understudy (no disrespect to these roles!)

The appeal is that he is the original Aaron burr on Broadway. I love Hamilton as a show but I know tickets are going to be selling like hotcakes because I think people want the prestige of seeing the original burr on stage but I have yet to have someone who hasn't been brilliant in the role.
