I’m -attempting- to do 10k on the days I do exercise and 5k on all the other days buuuuuuut so far that’s not worked out it’s been more like 10k...2k....3k....1ki did even less what has everyone set as their goal, if you have? i started with 5,000
also, closing in on another week without smoking.. can't believe it's been more than half a month
