Totally in agreement with @Minniemousesshoes - I have 20 years of business experience and even I couldn’t try and mentor people, I would say I have way more to offer than she does and have my shit together, but There is no way I’d be passing myself off as a coach or mentor, don’t get me wrong, I know some people that do mentoring and they don’t have 20 years business experience but they are people who have honed their craft, researched and done the work - grotbags has done nothing. It’s all very self congratulatory and if I was one of these women I’d be a bit pissed that I’m being advertised all over insta. I feel the women doing this course are very vulnerable and she’s taking advantage. She’s like a used car salesman and could be doing more harm than good, not that I like her but Anna Mathur at least had a degree and bags of experience.

Her stories are vile- her daughter learned to snorkel on holiday- in THAILAND DONT YOU KNOW (humble brag much?) why the fuck does it matter where she learned? Then last night I’m out for drinks (with a friend going through a breakup) fuck sake have you heard of data protection- oh wait yeah I’m sure your friend asked you to put that on insta, silly me. She’s then hungover, tired, fucking ugly crying or being emotional- how is this uplifting? How are these women thinking wow she’s so professional, il give her my money- she looks like she’s going to work hard for me? All she does is post about eating her weight in cinnamon buns- get a grip! And by the way- I eat my weight in cinnamon buns too, but that’s why I’m not paying her to help me and keep me accountable- il pay someone who knows how to stop me eating the buns and get my shit together!

Why does she have to become some sort of expert on everything? I wouldn’t talk about any of this on insta, but it’s not my job and I don’t think it’s anybodies business. The advice re going round and doing someone’s dishes and taking presents for kids and stuff is the biggest load of condescending crap I’ve ever heard. That’s HER opinion, my mum who just recently died wanted nobody to come round and do stuff, she didn’t want presents or food either. She hated getting cards and presents- get well soon cards, great thanks, she wasn’t going to get better and also couldn’t be arsed with the dust collectors so put them straight in the bin. Didn’t want the food people cooked either because the chemo she was getting made everyhting taste weird and so she had a weird appetite. She just had to deal with binning it all or giving it away. It’s not even over sharing, at this point she’s just insufferable. I feel terrible for her, but why not just shut up? Is this her niche now? Does she want to be the next bowel babe and get a tv deal and stuff? Her whole life screams, I really want to be famous for something.

Nope sorry- that’s such a DM me hun post. My mum currently has secondary breast cancer, she doesn’t have long. At no point have I or my mum gone on insta or Facebook and said can you tell me somewhere that sends good biscuits to hospitals? She knows places so why is she asking? Also it’s very difficult to send to a hospital- they don’t want things sent in, it’s a ballache to make sure it gets to your ward, it’s a fucking hospital, not a post office exchange. When my mum was in she always leaves something when she leaves, biscuits, chocolates etc. when she was in for 3 weeks she bought the ward a coffee machine and some pods because she asked them what they would like. Although my mum was a nurse so also knows how irritating it is to be left cane and chocolates all the time and half the time they don’t get eaten cos they’re all on diets

if she’s kept it quiet this long then you don’t suddenly do a post like that - she’s a Fanny, she’s not stupid as she wants the engagement. I can’t be arsed with shit like this from people wanting to post grief porn, keep it fucking private or at least talk about it properly. She might as well have tagged herself at the hospital on Facebook!

She could easily have popped into her nearest farm shop which she was always bleating on about to get some home baked goods and then take them in person when she has a follow up appointment
We loved getting home baked goods when I worked in an oncology unit! .....we never got deliveries as they are a pain in the arse for any delivery drivers to find the correct ward and for the love of god , don't send flowers....they're not allowed in oncology units because of cross infection risk to immunocompromised patients

I didn’t see the whole post or comments but it was taken down. And the a few days later Mia wrote about poverty porn and the Aldi/SMS disaster on her blog.
Weeslice left a rather scathing comment on that blog.
They used to see quite friendly.

I think her private school education and baffling self confidence can only get her so far.

The making herself an authority on ALL topics, being a total mess but hey why not be paid to mentor other people and the 42 quid webinar (being an influencer doesn’t make you well qualified to tell other people how to handle influencers) are so annoying. I am doing a webinar in a few weeks about my line of work and I’m not getting paid and the person organising isn’t asking for money, it’s simply to share knowledge. However I’m a bloody expert in my field and if I got £42 for my webinar I’d be ecstatic - but I assume she’s going to get loads of people signing up? I’m in the wrong business!

But as you say? What experience does she even have - she’s sold some porridge oat bars? That’s it?
