we went in store to try, and then I popped back in the same day after some deliberation time to order them. It’s 14 weeks, or they offered a rush job of 8 weeks for I think an extra £20 per dress? But I went for the 14 weeks as I get married in September and they’ll come in mid June so plenty of time for alterations etc.I would really recommend it! With the high street like it is, near me at least there really are so few places to go and look in person now, and definitely not that many options at £80 a dress. This was our first trip but they were both happy with the dresses and I was just relieved I wouldn’t have the whole hoo-ha of ordering a tonne of different ones online and returning

Yes definitely! I was saying to the lady yesterday it’s a shame they don’t have an equivalent for menswear because they make outfit shopping so easy.
One other positive for me was their year round range of colours. I don’t know whether this has been an issue for anyone else but I was starting to panic a little about getting dresses in my colour (navy) and thought I’d dropped the ball a bit, as so many other bridesmaids/fashion shops online seem to work more seasonally and all I could see was wall to wall sage green and pink
and all the darker colours were out of stock. So its reassuring that you can always get hold of a dress from wed2b, despite the time of year and what might be in fashion-wise.Congratulations

We had the absolute best day ever. I loved every single minute.. even the photos in the pouring rain 
The only issue is that I want to do it all over again now!We're getting married on 2.7. and I'm sooo excited! In the last few weeks we managed to cross all the major tasks off our list and now it's just the little details left. I am enjoying this process so much it's insane and I'm usually not a very organised person but my Notion wedding page is so good hahaha. I will miss this way too much when it will be over.
The wedding will be in two parts. In the morning we'll have a civil ceremony at a little seaside town where we have our holiday home which has so much meaning for us.
It will only be our parents and best man / maid of honour.
After lunch we'll drive to Italy for the "main wedding" where all our friends and the rest of families will join us at the villa. We'll have symbolic ceremony there and then dinner and party. We've booked the place till 4am for now - knowing our friends we could easily be there till 10am too haha but I want to keep it somewhat civil.
We don't want anything too traditional so no speeches, no bridal party etc. I don't want the traditional first dance where everyone stands around the dance floor and looks at you and I need to figure out when to play our song and make it a tiny bit special without being all formal and awkward. We'll be dancing to Loving you by Minnie Riperton and I know I'll be crying like crazy haha. And I still need to find a song for the civil ceremony. For symbolic ceremony I'll walk down the aisle to Canon in D – Pachelbel, but I don't want to use the same song for the civil part too. Wedding march feels like too much and we'll walk in together anyway so I need to find something less intense that still feels like us.
Aaaaand I keep my fingers crossed that Japan will open its borders in time for our honeymoon. We were supposed to go in march 2020 and we all know how that went. So I hope maybe we can do the trip we wanted this September instead.

Okay I know it's very first world problem but did anyone find it really annoying that all the emails with your new last name are already taken? I don't want to add some random numbers or my year of birth in there so I'm thinking of buying a domain with our last name so I can have email [email protected]
I also feel much more weird about changing my last name than I anticipated. It was my idea, my boyfriend doesn't really care which last name I pick but if we ever have a child I'd like for all of us to have the same last name. And I'm not emotionally attached to it or whatever, but now it just feels like I'm making myself his property by changing my name. So weird
