Why would they shift it at the last minute? That seems really unfair and Spencer only announced the move an hour ago so obviously they never bothered to tell him.

Yeah it is one area I have a lot of sympathy for him in unfortunately. We are similar ages and I lost an elder sibling around the same time period and we were very close. And it is a very unexplainable feeling for me at least when I became older than them. And it is also an odd feeling to see my nieces and nephews become older than them. That is why I thought Vogue was really witchy when she made the comment of that St. Christopher medalion (given to him after Michael's death) ''obviously not being all that important or sentimental " or whatever the dismissive thing she said was because he misplaced it. I don't care if it was in jest, it was very tactless and gave me the ick.I am really looking forward to watching this later!

For all his faults Spencer seems to be good father and also seems like he has grown more introspective/mature. I actually like him more than Vogue.

I believe the guides were negligent on that expedition.
I kind of suspect the delay was a legal issue, as the old documentary insinuates it was the fault of the guides so maybe they still hold this believe and it was talked about maybe. The trekking company actually changed their name after Michaels death but with the way social media is now people would be sending them abuse and there could be a witch hunt etc.
Who knows but its very very sad rest in peace Michael

It's the only thing I can think of that has affected the release. Spencer and Vogue have been very quiet about why that's happened so I figured something unexpected must have happened to someone.
It’s either that or something from the documentary itself if it was defamatory again the climbing company who took his brother up. The father tried to sue them and was unsuccessful. I’m wondering that just was there was the premiere so maybe they got eyes on it and didn’t like something. Either way something is going down.
Comments on the Disney plus Uk page saying it’s because of family members of the other people who have passed away on Everest getting an injunction so the bodies aren’t shown?
Excuse my ignorance but it’s not like they can tell who is who really it’s not like they will be doing a close up of bodies

But would they definitely be showing them ? I know it’s hard to avoid them in the background at times from other docs I’ve seen on Everest and why would this happen so last minute I think it’s defo connected to the dad and Disney don’t want that publicity
I don’t know tbh maybe it is the thing to do with his dad but surely Disney would have known about that already, that’s been going around for years hasn’t it?
Does anyone know ...did he actually find his brothers body in the end? Very sad story. Heard about Spencers dad when the story broke few years back. Who knows what happened but certainly a lot of men of that generation who moved in privileged circles like him behaved questionably at times to put it mildly.
