to be fair she's not one of these influencers (ahem Vogue) that brag about expensive stuff so I think she can be let off this one time ffsOf course, but that commenter was responding to someone talking about not liking her her changing in general and missing when she was broke, they weren’t just blindly defending the stupid €500 nails story (or defending the nails at all unless I’m seriously missing something).

Am I the only one who wasn’t offended by the manicure story? Sure the whole point of it was about the ridiculous lengths we go to for beauty treatments.. like she was raging she paid it, it’s hardly going to be a regular thing! And she said she only paid because she was totally desperate as they were filming and her nails were in bits. I didn’t interpret it as an ode to how privileged she is of late at all, rather an ode to the mad things we pay when we are desperate. Sorry if this post was too lick arsey for some

But I took it more of a commentary about getting scammed and ripped off when you're abroad and people know you're abroad. Also when you're in a ridiculous place like Ibiza where everything is gonna be like 10xs the price of anything at home.

But she felt she had no other choice as they were filming and her nails were in bits. Like it’s not as if she was bragging about a €500 manicure.. the whole point of the story was about the ridiculous cost. And yes the cost of living is going up but personally what someone else chooses to (reluctantly) spend on frivolous things wouldn’t ever offend me. I’d think it was daft ya but get upset over it? Maybe due to her only really becoming famous later on in life! The price of the nails was extortionate which she was clearly alluding to but at the same time couldn't turn round once it was done and say I'm not paying that? You can be earning good money and still be offended by things that are overpriced...

Listened to the recent Spencer and Vogue pod today. I normally enjoy it but this one I had to turn off. The moaning from Vogue about travelling with kids and how hard it is and all the stuff you need to bring. Blah blah 
then she starts complaining about people not giving up seats so her family can sit together. Really angered me today. Why couldn’t they book them together? Plus just because you have a baby doesn’t automatically mean you can dump someone out of their seat. It was just too much today. They basically travel every few weeks on a plane with their kids. Don’t do it if it’s so stressful for you Vogue. Privileged nonsense.

She really dropped her guard with this one. It wasn’t funny and showed her up for being a spoilt little cat. She also got home and did a workout and then got her brows done but nearly cried cos they got her appointment mixed up. Poor little vogue and her terribly tough little life.
