Anyone know if there's any truth to Rebirth being available on Epic soon? I hope it's not just wild gossip 🤞 hubby is a big FF fan [he bought the PS4 purely for the remake 🙃] , and I've gone back and forth on buying the ps5 purely for rebirth but I can't justify it. If there's any truth behind epic getting the exclusive rights for pc I will be very happy.

Does anyone play the mario games? I've always been curious about trying them but they are quite expensive, wondering what everyone's thoughts are on the best one out there

The trailers said something like “PS5 exclusive until at least May 29th” so I think that’s what people are hoping for, but there’s not a confirmed date yet. I guess it depends on whether your husband can wait until then! 😅

3 months isn't too bad, let's hope this is true! tbf to him he was disappointed for a hot minute then he got over it. If it wasn't my mates mentioning it over and over again I wouldn't even consider buying the ps5. I lowkey want it for the backward compatibility 🙈 I'm a magpie for tit like that. Easy marketing haha

I would recommend Mario Odyssey or Mario Wonder for the multi-player if you’re looking for Switch games! 🍄

There’s a huuuuge list of different Mario spin-off games too, Mario Kart is always good fun even if you’re playing on your own!

It’s probably best to take a look on YouTube to get a feel for the gameplay and see which one you’d like most.

If you have Nintendo Online, you can play lots of the older, classic Mario games on there. One of my favourite games of all time is Yoshi’s Island ❤

The good thing about Nintendo games is they hold their value, so you can resell them on eBay and get most of your money back. I hope that helps!

Thanks, I'll check those out, I might try some of the ones on the membership first, it just seems like Mario is the main nintendo game an the one that they are always doing so figured I might try an see what it's like but with so many out there it's hard to know what ones are better than others

Due to collect my very first gaming pc this week, are there any other pc gamers out there? Any good recommendations for games, I'd imagine I'll mostly be getting them from steam, I quite like the cosy farming type games, is steam the only site out there or are there others like it? I do have gamepass so I'll be putting that on it, is there any other sites I can check out? Thanks

Have a look for humble bundle, they sometimes do cosy gaming bundles which is a good way to pick up a bunch of indie games for less. If there are any you already own it’s just a steam key so you can give it to a friend.
I tend to add games I want to a wishlist on Steam and then you get notified when they are on sale.

Hey we are PC gamers. We have a mix of platforms on our PC - Gamepass, Steam, EA, GoG, Ubisoft, Epic Games. We mainly use Gamepass and Steam but sometimes I buy games from CDKeys (100% recommend if you are looking for a game at a good price) and the game key is for another launch platform.

Second the recommendation to set up a wishlist on Steam. They have sales all the time so it's really handy to get an email ping when something you're looking for is on sale.

Thanks I'll check those out, I have heard of people using Cdkeys, I assume it's fine for UK an not a US type site? Usually I hear people mention getting gamepass off it but they always talk in dollers so I've never been too sure

Yeah most games they have multiple keys listed so you just need to make sure you're buying the right one for your platform and region. I've bought both PC games and Nintendo Switch games from it with no issues.

I didn't know they done Nintendo games, I'll need to have a look because Nintendo never come down in price much even with their older games

Another user of CDkeys here. It gives you the code to get the same via somewhere like Steam. I always check the price there before looking at the actual prices.

Gamepass isn't as cheap on there anymore but I used to always get my years Gold on there for £20-£25

I've just got my gamepass set up to come off monthly, but am wondering if cdkeys do the playstation premium since I usually get that yearly

First off congrats on getting a pc, I hope you have lots of fun with it!

Okay cosy farming games;
Stardew valley
Paleo pines
Disney dreamlight valley (dont bother with the dlc, base is enough)
Lemon cake
My time at portia (havent played it but its very popular)
Story of seasons
Dinkum
Littlewood
Sunhaven
Slime rancher (not trad farming sim but cosy farming ish and so much fun)
Coral island
Moonstone island
Wylde flowers

I hope these aren't overwhelming you!

As others highly recommend adding items to your wish-list, steam does sales often and even when they don't, some games just go on sale. However worth mentioning;
Humble bundle, fanatical, indiegala, greenmangaming, eneba/cdkeys (use them regularly never any issues. It will autogenerate to your currency at least it does for me €!).

https://steamdb.info/sales/history/ I'm sure this will be handy for a lot of people.

Download epic games app they give freebie games every Thursday. I hate to admit this but I've never purchased a game from them and have a library full of freebies 👀

GOG is also another good one! I'm sure youre aware other engines ubisoft/ea/xbox etc all have their own sales too.

I recently found this youtuber cosy gaming club i think is the name, she's english I believe she does run downs of upcoming cosy games on pc and switch. May be of use to you!

Again I hope you have a tit load of fun and apologies if i've overwhelmed you.

An thanks, I am looking forward to getting into pc gaming an finally completing my little gaming family with all platforms 😅

I have just started getting into Spyro on PS4.. again:LOL: but I keep saying to my husband that I can't believe the age rating is 7+! Some of the levels seem insanely hard! Unless most kids are better at it than I am
